    LYRICS
Numb and broken, here I stand alone
Wondering what were the last words I said to you
Hoping, praying that I'll find a way to turn back time
    Can I turn back time?
What would I give to behold
The smile, the face of love?
    You never left me
The rising sun will always speak your name
Numb and broken, here I stand alone
Wondering what were the last words I said to you
It won't be long, we'll meet again
What would I give to behold
The smile, the face of love?
    You never left me
The rising sun will always speak your name
It won't be long, we'll meet again
    Your memory is never passing
It won't be long, we'll meet again
My love for you is everlasting
I mourn for those who never knew you [x2]
It won't be long, we'll meet again
    Your memory is never passing
It won't be long, we'll meet again
My love for you is everlasting

I totally agree, I think of my mother every time I hear this song. For some reason, it gives me the impression of that kind of love, a son for his mother. Lost her in 1998 and the effects of that event still follow me to this day. Listening to this helps ease some of that pain.

My mother passed away November 27, 2021.
Their s no way to extinguish the energy of the soul, we cannot truly die, we just move on to the next.
Have you ever heard of DMT, well our brains making synthetic DMT and it's stored in the pineal gland in the center of her brains.
Throughout our whole life we barely ever use it if you're into lucid dreaming then you use it quite often but the food we eat is designed to calcify Nile gland so we can't use it especially fluoride it's in almost everything and that's the main thing that calcifies the panaglan but anyway the pineal glands filled with DMT if you ever either experienced or watch the video on TH-cam of people taking organic DMT and what it does it literally changed his landscapes you're not here anymore if you take it while you're alive you know it changes everything but the second we die the pineal gland cracks open and floods our brain with it researchers and scientists have no idea why there's a couple theories going which is it brings you to the next and that makes a lot of sense if you're highly or even a little educated on what happens after you shed your shell of this reality.
Like I said the energy that consists of the human soul in no way shape or form could ever be extinguished therefore we never really die

These lyrics only reflect me the lovable being and the only Rose / Sharyn / Sharon etc, as do most other KsE lyrics -- and, most lyrics in general only reflect/describe me, myself being the only being who reflects the compliments/descriptions in most lyrics/poetry and the only being who reflects flowers and other pure elements and the only being who reflects special/unique/pretty names and big/astral/gemstone names and flower/plant/fruit names etc, and also because I am the only being who is loved, as I am the lovable being!

So great to hear your father made it through and beat that horrible cancer.I lost my husband from stage four lung cancer four years ago as he was only given six months to live .It was the worst news in me and our four children's lives .He lived just passed six months and passed😓😓😓😓😓The worst part is how he will never get to see our babies marry and grow older ,nor meet any of his grand babies.I mourn for him everyday still.

It's heartwarming to see how many other people this song means so much to. Loss is a very powerful feeling that all of us eventually feel, and I think it's truly beautiful how this song depicts it. Almost as if going through the stages of grief itself, it starts with a heavy and aggressive intro then erupts into an emotional explosion of cathartic acceptance and slowly fades away as time passes, becoming smaller and more quiet but still present. This is exactly how I've felt with the untimely passing of my mom. I recently covered this song and it was a struggle to hold back the tears when mixing it, despite the video itself being kind of silly.
I just want to thank the guys for this song and everything they've done and continue to do, they really make a difference in so many ways and I'm proud to call their art one of my main inspirations.

Dude... I've been a fan of KsE for like 17+ years now, I've listened to this song literally countless times and of course I loved it from the very first time. On May last year unfortunately I've lost my dad to stomach cancer, he was the most kind and loving man I knew, and also by far my best friend ever. A few weeks after my dad's passing I was on my computer listening music on shuffle and this song suddenly started playing, it was the very first time that I really understood and related to the lyrics, I've cried for the entire song and continued crying afterwords, I listened to it for weeks almost non stop. Till this day I get emotional every time that I listen to it. Such a powerful and emotional song, man. RIP dad, I really miss you. Thanks KsE for existing, you guys helped me through some difficult times in my life. Shout out from Brazil.
