HERRING Spawn on Lake Lanier

I caught them today on an early morning herring spawn and deeper piles as the day progressed. It is late spring, and the lake is days away from being wide open for schooling and brush fishing. I utilized several techies throughout these clips to catch these early post-spawn spots!

Mainly a Dobyns 742 and 705 and the reels were either a shimano stradic 2500 or a metanium!
