saw you on Fish North Georgia podcast.. so I came here and subscribed..!! looking forward to digging into your content.. it was a great podcast interview.. You have come a long way in just 22 years.. congratulations bro..!
I lost a Shimano Scorpion dc reel on a 6'10" Shimano Expride B rod almost a month ago in this lake. First time ever fishing this lake. I did catch my first spotted bass though.
Got out this morning for 1.5hr and caught 3 before clocking in. 2 on the a fluke casting up against the bank and one on a dropshot around a tree. Missed 2 back to back, I was trying harmony ewg hooks I got in a MTB on the fluke. Going back to offset gamakatsu hooks. Best spot was 2.85lb.
I like the footage. You might try using a camera at the console in addition to the chest view. Adds depth and more dynamic. Of course it adds cost, and difficulty post production.
It is a fluke, I threw 832 for the past 7 years and I have switched over all my spinning set ups with cast X12! The casting distance and performance of their braid is bar none!
I would advise against a head mount. In theory I agree it would be cool. But in reality you'll realize the camera is all over the place bc we end up looking at everything under the sun
Dude, love watching your videos. I do the same thing on the Coosa river over here on Mitchell. Those spots are chewing right now.
@@garyjackson355 that’s awesome man! Y’all got some incredible spot fishing too!

That’s a painful one to loose definitely an awesome set up
Yes it was.@brooksandersonfishing
enjoyed it Brooks! yes, I think I prefer the chest cam most of the time. Awesome content as always!
@@mikegardiner3934 Thanks for watching Mike!
Bro id love to kick it with you and learn some fishing tips! I'm 28 and just got into fishing 2 years ago and man I love it sooo much!

That’s a good one! I would definitely stick with the offset worm hooks for spotted bass the EWG style isn’t great for hook up percentages on spots!
Id like to learn the lake points drop offs stuff like that. I dont have a live scope
Absolutely, you don’t have to have it to be successful fishing points and drops!

@@TonyCollumtheHOWTOHERO I appreciate the feedback I can definitely run both for some videos! Thanks Tony
Is that a Keitech shad impact? How do you like that Cast braid compared to Suffix 832?

them were some biggens,
why do you swim your flukes and not twich them?
I do both I generally gauge it on the day and their aggression level!
@@brooksandersonfishing oh okay I gotcha, btw love the content!
How about hit me up with how you rigged that fluke for winding? Howd you keep it from turning on its side?
4/0 worm hook rigged perfectly straight
Thanks!
Much rather the chest cam! Great video man
@@Jason_Wood_Fishing I appreciate it Jason, thanks for the feedback!
Great video like the chest camera
@@carltonswinford8141 Thanks for the feedback!
If you had a head mount you'd be able to see the bites much better then you'd really be cooking brother
@@lanierkayakbassfishing7950 I’ve definitely considered running that before! Appreciate it!

Maybe tilt your chest cam up so we can see the blowups? Awesome top water catches though.
I appreciate it sir!
