Melissandre didn't poison Maester Cressan on Dragonstone. He tried to poison her. But she was immune, and he was not.
I'm pretty sure Tyrion suspects what's going on with Jaime and Cersei but doesn't know it for a fact til Stannis sends those ravens. After that one looks at Joffrey would give it away. He looks like Jaime.

I know you get to rewatch during the edit but why don't you take notes anymore? There are alwayas one or two points that will zoom over your head - as I found out a few times (and I've rewatched twice). Still - it's fun watching someone else squirm at a first watch - thanks for the entertainment. Better than anything on damned TV these days. LOL 😄
Haha yeah the note taking didn't last long because it was too distracting while trying to watch! I do still refer to some of those original notes to remember who is in who's family though 😂 thanks for watching!

The dragons are (red) Drogon after Khal Drogo, (green) Rhaegal after Rhaegar, & (gold) Viserion after Viserys.
That's why Lord Varys got Gendry out of Kings Landing because he figured Joffry might do something like this. So he wanted to get him out of the city safely.

Renly and Stannis are officially at war since they both want to be king. But Stannis is on Dragonstone. It's an island a short sail away from Kings Landing. It is the former seat of the Targs. Robert gave it to Stannis when he was made king. And he gave Storm's End (the Baratheon home) to Renly. So Stannis and Renly are trying to build armies and win allies. Well, Renly is. Stannis is just doing weird Lord of Light shit on his island. He's trusting in magic, basically. While Renly is trusting in his popularity. Yes, Stannis is the true heir. If you are a Baratheon supporter. If you're a Targaryan loyalist, then it's Danerys. If your a Lannister, it's Joffrey. If you're a Stark, it's Robb.

There are actually three slightly different variations on the Game of Thrones theme song. Season 1's you've heard, season 2-5 basically sounds like it's played with more strings, and season 6-8 has two extra beats at separate points to stretch out the title sequence slightly longer.
Blood of my blood is a Dothraki saying. It is said between Khals/Khaleesis and their bloodriders. Bloodriders are solemnly sworn to protect their Kahl/Kahleesi until the day either they die or their Kahl/Kahleesi dies (and when they die, the blood riders must die with them, they kill themselves, so they can continue to protect them in the Night Lands). Blood of my blood is what the riders and Kahl/Kahleesi call each other... And Ser Jorah is now one of Dany's blood riders, along with 2 or 3 others. Bloodriders are their body guards, their literal ride or dies.
