The generator caught on fire because Jesse spilled gasoline all over it while he was filling it up (just before that, there's a closeup shot showing the spilled gas pouring inside through the vents). And then, after their attempt to trickle charge it, the engine stalled because the charge wasn't sufficient to keep it running.

Walt just went through all of that including killing two guys because he thought he was really dying and him paying for his treatment hr was probably thinking it would not work and he would have the rest of the money to leave to his family but now that he will live longer he can just make how much money he needs for them and to finish his treatment and be done but the thing is that he is starting to like cooking its his masterpiece creation and as much as Jesse annoys him he enjoys spending time with him he is like another son of nephew to Walt he does things with him that his real son can't do and he knows Walts secret other side of him.

He should have given Jesse a specific list of food and amount of water if he wanted a better food list lol he gave him specific meth equipment list but he just left the food up to him and he got what a 24 year old meth head would get funyuns lol

I think he saw his scan on the computer through the reflection of the glass behind the technician

Walt is pissed off, he wasn't suppose to live and changes all his plans. Also probably means he had nothing to worry about when he was so ready to die and him doing the treatments was just a way to placate his wife till the day comes but now he will live long enough to face the consequences.

The monitor was facing away from Walt, but what he was looking at was a reflection of the image on the monitor in the glass over a framed picture on the back wall. Not a very smart room layout, Walt is probably far from the first patient there to get an uninformed sneak peek at their test results.

That ending was SO good.

THIS is the turning point of the series.

Everything Walt has done up until this point was because he thought he was going to die. Now he will likely live to face the consequences of his actions. Thus the anger and frustration in the bathroom.

Jesse didn’t turn the keys, but once he put them in the ignition, the little indicator light blinked on. It’s easy to miss, but that tiny light was on for two days straight, that’s what drained the battery. P.S. Marie Schrader approves of that purple sweater!

Yes, keys in the ignition drain a battery, but Jesse is right, cars make a song to let you know. Their RV is a bit ghetto...

Loving your reactions, Emmy! I saw the first couple of episodes with you but you just happened to start it as another reactor was finishing it up, so I needed a little time to jump back in! This usually happens with me, actually, I jump in when Jane and Saul come into the picture! Hope you're having fun because it's a blast watching with you! See you on the next one! PS: Definitely do The Godfather, on or off the channel. For one, it's endlessly referenced in pop culture as it was in this episode (and others), and two, it's fantastic, you'll love it. It's not a guy's movie, it's an everybody movie and you will most definitely take to it. On or off the channel. That's as sure a thing as there is in life. I wouldn't say that to everybody, but for you, most definitely check out The Godfather. Fundamental, fresh, fascinating......and also entertaining! Like all great movies and TV shows!

Nice catch in noticing that Badger’s customer never fully lifts his shirt over his entire midriff to show he’s not wearing a wire, no one ever catches that (or if they do, they never mention it).

For when you start watching "Better Call Saul", I would suggest rewatching the desert/open grave scene because all that stuff Saul Goodman was blabbering is gonna be important. S'all good, man!

You really need to watch The Godfather, one of the best movies ever made. And Better Call Saul for me is even better than BB, I'm kinda jealous you'll get to experience it for the first time with no pause inbetween seasons.

Tom Hagen was Vito Corleone's consigliere, the titular character in the movie The Godfather. Basically Saul wants to be Walter's lawyer/advisor

Regardless off what he does: Anikin/Vader walking up too the Jedi Temple with an army of close troopers behind him looks SO FREAKING COOL. When it comes too visual pictures it is close too perfect.

Why did they not just have a female jedi inside Padme's room? She has already been a target for assassination, so I would think that her privasy is less important than her life.
