Hello po, kagagaling lang namin today sa US embassy para sa legal capacity ang sabi sa amin (embassy) is sa cityhall na daw po manggagaling ang legal capacity at balik daw po kami sa us embassy para ipa notary. Ang sabi naman po sa amin ng cityhall ng caloocan is sa us embassy namin makukuha ang legal capacity 🤔🤔. Bali 2 couple kami yung nakasabay namin is from Mandaluyong ang sabi sa kanila cityhall ng Mandaluyong is punta daw sa embassy para sa legal capacity tapos nagulat din sila na pinapabalik sila sa cityhall ulit. As per the PSA memorandum,it needs to be notarize locally in the Philippines. Together with you and your fiance other civil documents, you have to go in a local civil registrar where you prefer to apply for a marriage license. If all the requirements are complete you have to wait 10 consecutive calendar days to release the marriage license and then you can schedule and get married.

Much better kasi sis typewritten through computer para mas malinis tingnan or type muna kayo soft copy at isave nyo sa email or Google drive then ask nyo yung public notary office kung saan kayo magpapanotaryo na merun kayong soft copy ng ipapanotarize at yun yong gayahin. Ganyan kasi sis ginawa nmin.
No, better copy, paste, edit, then fill out the information of your fiance , print and have it notarized to any atty with your fiance. Make sure to print the copy of the memo para ipakita sa LCR.
