Do you need a special paint or painted paper or you can just use any acrylic paint? And once engraved with the paint, does the paint come off after washing the cups?
If you are talking about engraving on glass. Any black cardstock paper will do. But not all black acrylic paint works, this you need to test first. Normally most of the paint will come off, you just need to scrub a little.
@ thank you so much for replying. Can you please tell if this works on ceramic cups as well? And is there any chart on the ratio of laser power and carving speed for different materials? Sorry i am so new to this and still learning. I tried to make a cutout but it didn’t work at all.
@aishamohammadnasim7620 no this doesn't work on ceramic. You can buy special foil that will transfer to the cup by heat. There is no chart as each laser and material combo is different. Also if you don't focus the laser correctly it doesn't work. So just keep trying, thats unfortunately the only advice I can give.
@@g3ldrith for what? This machine does absolutely nothing on white paint, I've tested it over and over you need black. Also it does not engrave stainless steel, you need a fiber or CO2 laser to do that.
@UnboundedArtandCrafts you have 5o use white paint with a minimum of 50% Titanium. The laser causes the Titinium to fuse with the surface. Works 100% if you are doing it right.
@g3ldrith I've tested many brands of white and black paint including Titanium white by Amsterdam which is highly pigmented. It still does not stick to stainless steel, it just rubs off.
Thanks, this was really helpful ❤

@aishamohammadnasim7620 you're welcome 🤗
Spray glass, ceramic, stainless etc with titanium white. Then wipe off with acetate. Speed 40 power 100. Perfect results every time.

how to choose the percentage of speed and power?
@@Mark-dh5yu can you please explain your question a bit more? As a general answer, it depends on the material and what you want to achieve.
Can it cut acrylic?
@@satriaane2113 it could if it's thin and you do a couple of passes.
But I would recommend getting a fiber or co2 laser engraver for things like that
berapa lebar maksimal area kerja yang bisa dikerjakan mesin ini?
As per the instructions the maximum is 80x80mm
Mam Can I cut metal pendant also
@@Afzalkhan-f8r no, you cannot cut metal. You can engrave on coated metal, it will burn the paint. For cutting metal you need a fiber or co2 laser.
@@UnboundedArtandCrafts Thanks Mam

Can it engrave on pizza box ?
I mean carton box
Yes you for sure can engrave on cardboard as long as it's not white as that could give some issues.
If you have any suggestions on material to test please leave it here in the comments.
