For that lady, if you can't find a ready background, for me, I would maybe get a stencil and some ink out and make a light faded background or maybe color her clothes and fan very lightly, just a touch of color here and there. Love your animal&mushroom collages!

i just watched this today because i found you and im binging on all your videos. I was so stunned you used a dung beetle because i just cut out and saved a dung beetle last weekend. I thought “how am i ever going to use this beetle?” And the crafter in me replied “you’ll figure it out” thank you Rosie❤

I could see adding some colored embroidery to the lady’s dress to bring out some of the colors in the flowers. Great work as always but I admit I felt sad for the flamingo. 😅

See! That’s the value of the bell icon. At first, I didn’t get it, but now I know when you’re back. Wait, is it like stalking in a good way? Well, anyway, I love to watch you collage. The series of three are perfect in their symmetry. The lady: she is absolutely fabulous. I think the white background was a good choice. I wonder if black would’ve been more dramatic. Anyway, the two unrelated pieces look very cool together. Your carving sorta creates a third dimension rather than leaving everything flat without grounding or purpose. Yes, very cool! 🦡🦡🦡
Hello I was watching a video of you trying cutting tools I use the Fiskars Spring Action Snips there are 2 versions these work so well if your hands get tired great for those with arthritis
