I just found your blog this morning and wow! Your work has dazzled me! I am a going on 76year old retired house painter and wallpaper hanger! I have loved paper and art all my life. While scrolling I ran across your collages and was thrilled! In my art/sewing room I have boxes, boxes and more boxes of paper and cut outs and you have me inspired to dig into them again!!!!Thank you for sharing your beautiful creative art.
Rosie thank you for a year of really inspiring and fun videos,hope you had a great christmas. I loved the four finished postcards and they are a fitting set of images to end 2023,as to me the framed images/portals that the figures and fish are swimming into,represent going from the old year into the new year,they are swimming through the portal into the new horizons of the new year. I love postcards,they are iconic and nostalgic,and I love that you can create a piece of art on them and send that art to someone in the mail,it's a way of reaching out to others. My own digital collage work is actually postcard size,as I love the small scale of this size as a blank canvas. Your videos have really inspired me this year. I hope 2024 is a really inspiring year for you creatively and in life and I look forward to see more videos from you in the new year. Fun collage session! I like the diver best bec that really looks like a space portal. Second I like the school of fish looking at a painting. I knew the space images would come out before you even brought them out lol.
