Hey Brother Man! How is the family doing? Hey I see your vacuum brake booster line carried over to the passenger side.. Did you add that? Because mine had a brake booster mounted on the back of the driver side valve cover on the original engine.... So when putting everything on the 3.5liter. There is not on to mound...it does have the gear in the cam to spin the booster...... So I see the is a Secondary 90° line off the back of the Intake manifold. Cap-off for 2006. But is that universal for the e350 option???
Just got the harness loom. They changed the part number. It ends with a 9133. They made a few harness consolidated to this model. Only 5 new ones left from Germany to here. And I got one.
Hi again, My 2006 2.5 C230 never had a ground wire like that. Just from the harness coming down along the AC Compressor wire.... So should I add a Ground Wire like the One you installed from Valve cover down to Chassis?
@Moneygrip the Ground that you had replaced on the Driverside in the video. Never had one on my Benz.. so I was wondering should I add (one).? That is a big Ground cable.... what was the part ##? For the wire... Doesn't hurt to add extra.?
Other codes came up after. P0348, p2092, p0393, p0276-p0273: 5&6 injectors circuit low. P2094 B-camshaft position actuator control circuit low Bank 2c. P0354,p0355,p0356 ignition coils D,E,F primary/secondary circuit... Crazy!

I put OEM Bosch plugs in and they seem to be gapped at 40 are they supposed to be gapped at 31 - 32? With a brand new harness a new clothes and plugs I'm only having low circuit to the coils D,E,F. The only thing I can think of is ground wire. Any opinions.
Ok, 2006 and 2010 sedan or base model m272.961 RWD . Did you also carry over the Vacuum pump (brake booster) top back driver side motor? I have all gasket for the transfer over for all parts ready.. Next week Big Day!!! Sucks it might start raining ☔...

Because it reaches the Intake manifold in the back that would be plug with a Black cap on 2006 2.5.? Now does that eliminate the 1 line that leads from the old brake booster from the back to the front (Electric Change Over Valve) do you just cap it off? At the stem?

I got a blown motor on my c230. I have a donor engine( same engine ) . I don't have the key for the donor engine. Would I just swap the ecm from the bad motor onto the donor engine and the key will work?

Nope theyre all the same the only thing you have to do is get the ecu thats in your car now mapped for the 3.0 tune. I sent my ecu to mercedes swap shop and got it changed from a 2.5l map to a 3.5l map
@@Moneygrip I have a W211 E350 and was told all I need to swap to a M273 V8 was the engine and the ECU from an S Class, E550, or CLS550 with the same V8. All other components are compatible. They've done write ups on the swap at the Benzworld forum...

If youre swapping your engine for the same engine from another car keep your cars computer and use it on the new engine
