Take the 6.2 AMG off the list and put the OM648 CDI in number 1 position in the list

One should note that the M276 non-turbo manufactured before De. 2012 had some issues, corrected after that so the 2013 is the really, solid, reliable engine here. Adding the turbos in the later versions will of course always make a turbo engine more unreliable than a non-turbo engine.

3.5 v6 5.0 and 5.5 engines are most reliable some 3.2 are decent as well no diesel is good to me and the bigger engines pass 5.5 have massive problems or expensive

Bro the 6.2 litre Mercedes is one of the most unreliable problematic engines they've built so far, littered with issues and expensive ones as well, one being the head studs snap and cause catastrophic engine failure amongst many other issues, be lucky to see 100 thousand miles well documented 😅

How can you say the M156 is the best v8 engine when it has a litany of problems- probably one of the most unreliable Merc engines ever.

Look in the short term when they actually run they could well be up there with the best Merc engines, however its a temporary thrill as they won't be running well for very long, and will cost you an arm and a leg to replace when the engine decides to pack it in due to flawed design 😅
