I see an opportunity for Sabine to learn to connect to the force to help her combat. Han Solo didn't have high enough midochlolorians count to use the force yet pilots like him aren't Jedi, its just a skill. Lucas said it himself the Force is a force of nature, not magic. Being trained by a Jedi to detect ripples in the force even if you can't use The Force. And Lucas said himself "Anyone who has even a small amount of midos count can use the force. Its about the learning it, not gifted in it."
I love her theme. Especially the Trials of the Dark Saber version. And this version is indeed epic and so so good! I was not ready for that chorus at 2:35. Holy crap major chills!

Truly an amazing music piece for her character. It protrays both the hardships of not only her but her people in pushing through difficult times. An carrying on the memories of those who have fallen truly inspirational.
There's something about Sabine's theme that strikes a chord with me, it makes me want to drip from my eyes but I can't. With the subject of Sabine I can feel part of her sadness at having once been pro-Imperial and having made a weapon that made her people hate her and her family banish her, someone without a home who later found one and fought to the point of exhaustion for it. make amends, in the end he would lose his father figures (Mandalor's purge) his mentor (Kanan), and perhaps the hope of seeing his friend again. But all that is going to change very soon, friends.
They've absolutely nailed the details on her armour & the casting for her, however her Season 3 design is still my favorite. nice version of her theme, perhaps a bit too epic considering her theme is mostly melancholic but I like it!
As her standard theme yeah it might be a bit overkill. But as a cover, I love it. That being said, this would be perfect for if she has some sort of super epic heroic moment or big breakthrough later in the show.

Dave was just finishing what he intend at with the night sister spirits possessing her and her training with the dark saber. Have you ever noticed Sabine is the only one that says the dark saber is lighter in her possession? No one from Bo to din has that dialog. Dave does not put in details lightly he puts in details that are meant to pay off in later stories
