Not sure what needle you are using to sew your swimsuit fabric but try a stretch needle instead of a jersey needle if you haven't already. Sometimes it makes all the difference for skipped stitches and breaking thread. Also just going slow can help. The liberty fabric is really cute in that tie front style

Thanks Nancy - I was using a stretch needle already, but slowing down has definitely helped!
