Been tufting for a while now, and honestly Marko is just a natural! Tufting has a pretty steep learning curve and Marko aced this! :) But for anyone watching this and is interested in tufting for yourself, dont use the glue shown in this video, that wont hold. Use Roberts 3095 or AAT-1132.

Best times of my life.. since i finished Bachelor, and quit i regret, working 24/7 with no space for personal projects
Hey Marko you might want to add some kind of extra fabric layer so that the rugs aren’t so flimsy. Many cutting out the same shape in carpet so you can glue it on the bottom.
This is awesommeee. I feel like a tip or trick to it would be to do it like a 3d glass painting where you do words and outlines first then fill in color and then do a solid color over the whole thing to make it solid backing. Very good work though

Im a rug tufter, dont waste too much time nailing the wood, you can get carpet tacks strips. use acrylic #4 pound thats usually the best, try to get as close to each line possible , his cloth is too loose. you need actual carpet glue. you can use spray glue to put the felt backing on it.
