Hi Kelvin. You replied on my FB post yesterday about my dead Soarer. I've sent the ecu for testing today so will find out soon if that is the issue on mine. Great couple of videos. Love the part of checking ignitiors earth at the coil plug!
@@CartuneNZ Kelvin, do you have a video on how to manually fire coil/spark? I got my ecu back today recapped and yet no change. No spark, no fp priming, efi12 code. Running out of ideas what to test next and wanted to see if my coils are at least fine.

No testing yet. I did some testing in the USA a couple of months back and supported that boat remotely on race day. Its getting loaded and we will be thinking about testing main nz boat soon.

Could you do a video on ready to swap 1UZ/ 3UZ with or without toyota gearboxes For exemple I have a FJ70 with a 3F I m looking to replace with something more efficient...1UZ/vvti /3 UZ . what gearbox? (i like Auto) etc....Thank you love your videos....
Hello. I have some 3uz stuff coming. One manual with toyota box and one Auto with 5 speed auto but 2wd. My videos work around the work I do so will see what comes along. An LS1 goes into a FJ70 really well. Cheers Kelvin

Correct. I had one recently which I had to diagnose. Would have been easier if the guy told me he had removed the loom to remove the engine. There was an easier way. And to fit the earth down the back it was tight. Cheers Kelvin

I got a dummy who cut the transmission loom it sparked now wont crank i fixed the ends. Ima keep watching ur videos awsome work

Yes earth on the back of the head is important , that left over bolt did come from somewhere.
