    hey Apjooz. Yes I agree it looks short. However we measured 6 inches. Getting on your toes, reaching hard, and jumping just a tad can get the 6 inches.

    If Synchronized Burpees was an Olympic Sport, Big J and Neil would take the Gold medal FOR SURE. lol What a spectacle, two big units doing burpees so effortlessly. Inspiration bro.

    Neal had a few reps at 210 I was kind of mmmm about but tremendous effort by both guys none the less.

    Why do all of Neals snatches at 210 count if he doesnt show control at the top? Some of them he drops when he is still walking around. I dont get the standards here at all. Jason shows control for a split second a the top of his which is absolutely correct, however Neal does not. Can someone help me understand the rules here?

    look at the feet. just standing on your toes will almost get you 6" so they only need to jump 2"probably.

    getting on your toes is enough for 3-4 inches, all they gotta do is jump 2-3 inches and they're there. also, what's the point of reaching as far enough to grab it? just a waste of energy
