Sick video ! The step ups are awesome 😎
Thanks! I love the Ryft for those moves. They are called splatters on bikes when the rear wheel slams into the rock near the top and they are fun for both!
@@PSF_RC-PatSmageFilms or a wheel tap ! Motocross starts tomorrow BBBrrraaapp
@@jimbo4203 oh yeah gotta love a good tire tap! Looking forward to watching MX and hopefully running my promoto if it dries up tomorrow. If not it will be good reason to finish up a video with it haha.
Is awesome to watch you Rc's with your bike skills 🤘thanks again
Thanks for checking it out! I love finding lines that are fun for both to hit. This rig can hit things a bit like a bike.
Sweet man 💪
Thanks!
Great video
Thanks! Lots of fun driving in this one.
That’s where I trail my ryft and Losi reys! Great spot
Nice! It’s a sweet spot. Would be cool to meet up out there sometime when I’m in the area.
Awesome
Thanks!
wow.....nice setting. from MALAYSIA ROCK CRAWLER.
Thanks for watching! Definitely some awesome spots for the Ryft in this one.
With my SCX24/FCX24 I've had some success with heatsinks on the brushed motors. With the lack of friction I'm surprised to hear of brushless overheating like this. Maybe the ESC is pumping more electricity then the motor can use.
That’s a good call, I have actually been wanting to try a heatsink. It’s a tight fit but can probably squeeze one in. But I think the gearing is the biggest thing causing heat. Driving slow and controlled with high gearing and a heavy rig is hard on it. I have since put the two speed in and that helped big time!
@@PSF_RC-PatSmageFilms The round surface might be a little harder to heatsink then the flat sides of a brushed motor. Look forward to seeing how the 2 speed works for you. We're planning to buy two Ryfts soon as we're able. My partner and I are both trials/enduro fans as well as cyclists. When I started on youtube we made dirtbike videos, but later switched to RC so we really enjoy both of your channels.
Nice airtime
Do you have a list of parts and links for the parts you listed . Called my rc shop and nothing
Sorry not at the moment but I can work on that. I have made some more changes, some of which are covered in newer videos already on the channel but maybe it’s time for another update video. 🤔
We primarily run Zeee batteries. We were using 5200mah and the run time was too short as well. Now using 8000mah they are great.
Good call! I actually went to zee 5200s after this, then to hoovo 8000s which helped. But adding two speed and using first gear a lot helped the most! Way more run time. I made another video with that setup, here’s a link if you want to check it out: th-cam.com/video/7Hy9KPXTvew/w-d-xo.html
Where did you get the aluminum trailing arms?
From Amazon, they were called Aimrock but it looks like they aren’t available anymore. I do see some very similar from NHX though.
@@PSF_RC-PatSmageFilms cool, thank you
