@@RCRoads thanks! It can be hard to make them look good after cutting it from a wide video but these worked pretty well.

@@KeithWebberKaz thanks! It was a handful that is for sure. Definitely overpowered, or at least for how the power is delivered. Adding exponential with a better radio would help, or an adjustable esc to tame it down a bit. It was still fun trying to control it on the track though!

@@tcbowen12 it’s probably not the easiest one to start with, but once you have the controls down on a 4 wheeled vehicle it is definitely worth adding to the collection! Enjoy the hobby, there are lots of ways to have fun with it.

@@mxengineer1 thanks! These are so much better than the last RC bikes I had so I definitely appreciate the work Losi put into them. I probably should have done a little more of a comparison between them but wanted to focus on the new one. The suspension definitely felt better on the SM but I figured it was just because it was new, so you are probably right. Might be about time to freshen up the oils on the MX since it has quite a bit of time on it now.

That would be wild! It is surprisingly quick on 2s. A little more air control with a faster spinning wheel is probably nice though!

I disagree but that's ok. I think having more options on the same base platform is a good thing since it should help longevity and parts support. A street bike would be cool and might be in the works, but a supermoto will likely handle being used more places, including on-road tracks. I think it is a better option for a lot of people than a super low street setup. Plus, now people can pick between the styles to start with if they only want one kind of tires. Either way, they are all fun and I am sure more options will come with time.

I have seen those but thought they were more expensive. I also don't know how parts support is with them while Horizon usually has 1 day shipping for me. Their rally looks sweet though so maybe I should look a little closer.

@@993ti well I do ride bikes quite a bit and know people call them stoppies so it means the same thing to me, but I usually end up saying nose wheelie so I guess I prefer that for some reason. I mean, I was not trying to stop since it’s all about the roll, haha. But it doesn’t matter much to me what they get called since they are quite fun on full sized bikes and RC.

I did not expect a comment about that, haha, but it is an interesting building. I actually don't know much about it since it was there when I moved in, but I was told it was used as a bus stop. I suppose that design might help keep some snow out?

Glad to hear that, thanks! I tried to put some extra effort into the video to show how much fun it can be. Some videos I watched when the Promoto MX first came out actually kept me from getting one for a while, so I tried to make mine not do that, haha. Far from boring!

@@spenn2007 I was surprised how well they did but something softer would probably give it better grip and more steering. Still fun though. Jenny’s is a great option to save some money, I wish their shipping was a little cheaper though!
