@@John-shreds I have ridden MTB there once and it was awesome! I am surprised the rc community isn’t bigger with that terrain though. Thanks! I probably should have started an rc channel earlier. I had been putting rc mixed in with bikes on my other channel and it didn’t work as well. Oh well, I’ll still just keep having fun making some videos.

@@myharryface thanks for the kind words and suggestion! That is a good idea but I filmed pretty much everything besides the racing myself while trying to run things and get pictures so I had to film it pretty choppy. But maybe I can try to get more full runs at a future event. 👍

@@katiektentvods thanks! It’s a lot of fun to make them like this so I definitely recommend it as long as you don’t mind some editing time.

@@Noah-u2z depends how serious you want to take it and what other people are running. If there are mostly slashes then it would fit right in. But if there are more race trucks like teknos and good drivers it will be tough to keep up. It’s a good one to start with to see if it’s something you want to get into before spending more either way though.

@@takeiteasy6346 it’s cool to watch it in slowmo! But I think there is room for improvement.

@@chrisvda7277 that’s a tough call. Either could probably work just fine if geared correctly. I typically like the longer cans since they tend to run cooler, but people have said they can lead to bending the motor mount. I have a long can in mine now and put some foam under the motor to hopefully keep that from happening.

@PSF_RC-PatSmageFilms The foam is a good idea. Thanks for the reply. Yea the the shorter cans tend to overheat in 4x4 trucks. May have to go 3660 3700kv sensorless. Iv seen the 3665 fit into this chassis but you have to run high gearing to lift motor, but still it's resting on the chassis.

The riders are flexible so the heads do bobble a bit. They can take a beating but mine have had some injuries that needed some glue and tape surgeries haha. Thanks for watching!

@@PSF_RC-PatSmageFilms I just purchased a second MX, and they made some adjustments, the rider's head doesn't move as much is one of a few I noticed so far. It really didn't bother me with the launch one from last summer. It appears there are other minor improvements just in case you are considering getting another one.

That would be cool! I actually almost made that happen for an event I am putting on next weekend, but decided to do a hill climb instead. If it gets a good turnout, might have to do straight rhythm next time.

@@PSF_RC-PatSmageFilms Have had the Typhon for a month just picked up the Mojave, like them both allot for different reasons. But if I was to race the Losi you have, would grab my Typhon. They are both about the same speed, but the Typhon is not top heavy compared to the Mojave. But the Mojave looks so dam cool going around the track. Bottom line can't go wrong with either!
