Yes, it helps me, too! I've never gotten so much done. I've been using a bullet journal for at least 5 years.

@@Sailboatkids for me its cause writing on the pages are satisfying and being able to see what ive done and going back constantly to the pages remembering and seeing my results provides self feedback confidence and a sort of asmr and organization its like a game to me lol

This really resonated with me too often when I’m down or struggling with something my husband and family think they know what I want but actually they don’t this video now makes me what to write down what it is I really want when I need that extra support it’s also helped how I see my ageing parents I’m making assumptions about things I think they want without asking what they really want and need. Thank you Ryder this was insightful

My care instructions are: "Be clear with what you mean, don't force me to rush things since this human cannot handle stress at all, so, therefore, tell me things in time and be open with what you think because I can usually not read your mind. Not even figuring it out the slightest, since I have a hard time interpreting facial expressions and tonal changes due to my autism. Also, don't cause me any more sensory issues than it already is, never expect me to even shake your hand if I'm stressed. I also need personal space both mentally and physically so never get too close to me if I'm showing any sign of being stressed. Never hug me without consent... Always ask me if you're unsure how I feel and what to do, I would appreciate that rather than guessing my needs".
I really liked this exercise because it allowed me to reflect on what I need as a person. It is really helpful to dig deep into our own self-care instructions so we can both understand ourselves and also get others to understand us. This video really did resonate with me! Thanks for sharing and getting me to reflect on this
