Parent present in USA adjustment of status applied after 90 days on 14 October 2021 finger print done on February 2nd 2022 work permit received on May 2nd 2022 & social security card now how much time will take for green card

Depends, but generally wait times are 24 months or less from time of filing. USCIS may reach out next year.

Applied I130 and I 485 concurrently in August 2021 and I 131 only In December 2022 One Parent received approved 130.nothing else ...when things are expected to move???????

Hi. You may check the processing time on the USCIS website, if it’s outside the processing time, you may submit an inquiry regarding the status of the application.

@@pminhaslaw yes the processing has gotten over and applied I131 also now unfortunately no progress even on one parent I130 after sending inquiry...is there a possibility to apply to expedite...pl

@@sitharangan6451 expedites may be requested if you meet the criteria and USCIS reviews these on a case-by-case basis. There are no guarantees for an expedite.
