I personally just use an established property data API (Regrid) fed into Google Sheets using javascript. You select the parcels you want to search, and it fills in the rest. All within Google Sheets. A Google Apps Script developer can set it up for $200.

But also verify data using the county's GIS search, assessor's search and Zillow

You need to be of legal age to get into tax liens and deeds, but the rules can change depending on where you are. Double-check your local laws. Not there yet age-wise? You might still be able to invest with some help from a parent or guardian.
