    In Texas it is possible to have the property owner waive the redemption period in writing some times they will want to be paid to waive it! I do believe that is what was being asked about

    I like what you just said for a brief moment, Work some overtime & that's what I've been doing for the last past months to get up some money to buy tax deeds or liens, sometimes 7 days a week without a day off. So I hope investing in this will pay off soon...

    Awesome video, Dustin. Thank you for all of the information that you sharing. One question. At around the 27 minutes mark, you were saying that, remember, you are buying the property mortgage free and only paying for taxes. Then you said that we should make sure the county notifies the mortgage holder. Can you please put this in context for me? I'm uncertain as how the county could notify the mortgage holder if the property is mortgage free.

      When buying a property through a tax deed sale, you're not responsible for previous mortgages because tax liens come first. However, the county needs to notify all lienholders, including mortgage holders, about the sale. This allows them to pay off the taxes if they want to keep their interest in the property. This notification process helps clear any previous claims, including mortgages, before the sale is finalized.

    If you win an auction out of your state do you flip or sell as is right away? What do you do with your wins that are out of your state?

    Hey Dustin, great informative video. Missed the live stream and catching up now. Question if you can help a newbie here: I’ve checked the taxes due on some of the properties and their accounts are paid. So, why are these still listed as Tax Delinquent Sale (and they are not Canceled status)?

    What does anyone expect at an auction, stuff is going to get bid up, if you're looking for a bargain, you'll need to get it another way, like the OTC, or go when it's raining, like Mr. Thomas likes to do 😊😊😊

    Ok Dustin buddy your awesome 👏🏻 I appreciate what you do but that training is not really a training but showing us what you had made for us to purchase and I know it cost 💲 to make and your trying to regain some of that money I totally get that and it’s an awesome AI resource but most folks watching this don’t have that kinda money to get something like that and some will go into debt for it when they probably can’t afford it in the first place hints the debt 💸 really helping us out would be showing us how to use what’s within our resources like bing Chat gpt to find these properties for the cheap like few hundred bucks starting with lien’s to gain that money then buy your AI but damn if they buy your ai how they gonna buy a tax deed at auction 😂 like I said I appreciate you and what you do just saying my opinion not bashing you I love the AI also

      ha, great comment. Plenty of free training on youtube to get properties. I no longer sell the beginners course I give it away 100% for free. I used to sell it now its totally free.
