I am extremely worried that something might happen between the purchase date and the time that the property insurance becomes effective.

How can we personally find out if everyone has been notified? Do we call them ourselves or do we ask the court has everyone been notified?
It's best to check with the county to confirm that everyone has been properly notified.

I have recently attended county tax deed. Didn’t buy any. Found out that all the counties have tax deed sale on the same day which is june 10th once a year. Which s difficult to go everywhere on the same day.
