I LOVE Ogenki sushi! You should also try Good Sushi on Fraser, The Eatery in Kitsilano, and Cofu near Granville Island.
I have the same passion for local coffee shops. Every weekend I try to go to a different one.

Next time you come out here you have to go to M!la in Chinatown. It's absolutely amazing! Definitely try the agedashi and the smash burger. I dream of their agedashi.

@@marley7659 Mila's is soooooooo good. I live on the island so I don't get to go there very often but the agedashi is so good. So is their smash burger and their sushi rolls too. My Mom had this amazing roast type thing from there around Christmas and even my very carnivore "that's just rabbit food" type of husband was like dang! that is really friggin good. It's my favourite vegan restaurant for sure.

Next time your in van Elysian coffee soooooooo good!!! They have a few places. Pizzeria Grano is a must try on main street! And have you been to chicpea? Yummy brunch

@Vegan Babie People talk about traveling to this hotel from other cities and you don't have a good option like an authentic recipe or something but a mug cake with shaved chocolate...like, I'm sorry, but you don't seem to share the love for blackforest cake as much😆.
@Vegan Babie Don't come for me like that. Not everyone has the privilege to make a mug cake either. Obviously your version is simpler, but who is willing to travel the world for a cake should have the resources to bake one.

Haha, oh that's my friend Tracy serving you at the Naam! I think you go to more places than i do and live here (and helped open a plantbased restaurant) but you were right by Torn too: french vegan. They're in a coffee shop (creme de la crumb) and you can only do delivery or pick up (but there's places to sit inside or out but inside few seats). You also have to order and pay on their website since they don't have a setup as sharing w the cafe. Really wanted to try the vegan brie and apple but had the chicken and it made with love.

Wow! I want all the foods and recipes!🤩 Those dishes were so beautifully presented, I definitely felt hungry just looking at them. I've just begun exploring vegan sushi. I was like goldilocks. First batch had too much rice, second batch didn't have enough rice, but the third roll was a charm. LOL I'd love to know what the fillings were in the sushi you had.
OOoo so tasty! "Meet" is also a great Vancouver vegan restaurant! Theres 3 locations around the city too which is nice :)

It is so weird seeing someone at the Naam in daylight. The Naam is one of my favourite places to eat but I don’t think I’ve ever been there during the day 😂 (it’s a 24-hour restaurant)

So yes. Soooo deliciously amazing! I just wanna shadow you and order everything you ordered! Except of course in the hotel room cuz that would be creepy mccreeper. Lol.
Looks yummy, but you MISSED OUT! East is East on Main Street is THE BEST food in Vancouver!! There are two, go to the one on Main, not to mention live entertainment at night, lunch is good too if you want it quieter. They aren't totally vegan but many of their dishes are vegan. The Mango Butternut Squash is out of this world, Creamy Mushroom and Eggplant, the Boulani is the best, they have a vegan Khir that is amazing, vegan chais like the Rooibos Oat Chai!! They have vegan dishes you cannot get anywhere else so I wouldn't order the Chana or Aloo Ghobi, can get those anywhere. Order the Chai Feast and you can sample everything. Maybe next time for you!

So super delayed reply but I wanted to know the same thing, but it's the Pan Pacific hotel, the in-room Savor restaurant, and they still have it on their menu! I'm gonna try just order it in the regular restaurant and hope they'll serve it!
