love your vids,Simon. It was wonderful to meet you earlier today outside the Co-op, thank you for letting me take a picture of you, should have asked for a wristband! oh well, maybe next time
My goodness, I'm commenting before your blog ends! As soon as I saw ALL of my fav ingredients! If I had a pound for everytime someone told me I wreak of garlic I'd be a millionaire ;)))
Good stuff Simon. I do all the cooking too, love it. Always accompanied by a few wines during the process. I do something similar, but for the meat, I often use a couple of good quality hot continental sausages, remove the skin and cut off bits of the filling to make small irregularly shaped meatballs.
Twice in one day Simon, life would be easier if you were in a job😂 Thought the bag'o bands was in fact pasta😢 hissed as a skunk before we started. Cooking was my career for 50yrs. And your so right, food'n'drink go hand in foot😮Earlier in the good old days, first job of the day tell the store man what beers you wanted 😊 Bloomin Health and Safety 😢😢😮knocked that on the head.Enough about me. A bl***y great looking kitchen mate 😊 A bright clean modern setting for foodie vloging. And your understanding of grub comes through. That and fond memories of Keith Floyd, he and you both seem to enjoy life😂😂😂❤😊 thanks for sharing. Splice the main brace, and drink to be taken ❤Allan&Family
Hi Simon. It’s not often that I comment on blogs, but I feel it is time to comment on yours. I have been to Whitby on a couple of occasions and I can now see what I have been missing. Your delivery is superb as is the photograph. Good to see The “ long suffering Mrs M and your banter. Your wrist bands is interesting but they are probably mostly picked op by locals. Why not make them available to long distance viewers at cost plus postage I am sure that there would be takers like me. Your pasta source looks enticing and you look the part in your apron, like the kitchen and Mrs M’s brief cameo appearance. Best wishes, keek the blogs coming
Hey Simon Nice bit of cooking, great looking sauce . Hey ,Hey Simon Watching you drinking that glass of red wine & sharing your recipe reminded me of keith Floyd (RIP). Chin, Chin my good friend 🫡👍
Almost agree with you but I find red wine is more of a vocation than a hobby , but like many committed people with vocations I have turned it into a hobby too . That’s dedication . Just one thing the thing that requires much longer marinating in the wine is the chef .
Love your videos, your chuckle makes me laugh 😂
Nice twist with the cooking slot - especially now the winter is here and it's harder to get out and about in Whitby. Really enjoyed it

Love the cooking channel element of the vlog. Great call on using plum and chopping as its known chopped tomatoes are inferior. Excellent chef 👨🍳 ❤
