    Thank you, you’re my knitting therapist! After watching several TH-cams I became overwhelmed with what to do to avoid gaps. Got stressed until I listened to your video....phew, thanks again. 😊

    Staci, thank you so very much for this video. I save so many of your videos so I can go back when I need too or share with my knitting friends. I've started to venture into making sweaters & thought I messed up the directions when I would get the gaps under the arms. Also, the baby sleep sack and sweater are so very sweet. Thanks again for doing a great job!

    Thanks so much. I was sure it was my fault and I was doing something wrong. You have restored my confidence in my ability. I went into my tours and I checked out some of my top down Raglan sweaters and I'm going to spend the afternoon happily closing up the gaps.

    It suddenly occurred to me that I've been referencing your videos fir years, and I probably wouldn't have improved as a knitter without you! Thank you for your very clear way of explaining. You are a throwback to Elizabeth Zimmerman! Like her, you keep us calm and collected and show us logically and simply how to improve our knitting!! If you are on Ravelry, I'd love to follow you! I'm "whereeverafter" :) Thank you again!!

    Thank you! I thought I was doing something wrong with my raglan sweater since there were holes in the underarms but it makes me feel so much better that it’s normal. Thank you for the video!

    You are the best! I’m finishing my first top down raglan baby sweater and I was wondering how to deal with underarm holes. I would have used that strand of yarn too, but I would have made a mess trying to “fill” the gap somehow.. This makes a lot more sense and I can’t wait to use your trick to finish up the sweater!

    You are amazing! I never knew that a raglan sweater was seamless and worked from the top down. I just watched your video tutorial on the Raglan sweater and I am going give it a try. Of course, I will start with a swatch. wink wink.

    Stacey, when I use double pointed needles, how do I keep track of the beginning of my round as my ring marker keeps falling off as I go around.

    • @verypinkknits
      @verypinkknits  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You want to use a clippie marker or a safety pin. Put the safety pin in the work at the spot between two needles where your rounds begin/end.

    Do you have a pattern for a men's hoodie sweater (pull-over or button up). I am a guy that knits but I don't want a grandpa sweater. There really isn't alot of cool looking patterns out there for men's sweaters. HELP PLEASE?!

      I don't have a hoodie pattern, but you can certainly find one on Ravelry. Here is my men's sweater tutorial:
