Thanks for this video, much appreciated. My fader died in my 7000 last week Friday and I bought the Mini Innofader Plus. Wired it up and thought it was fixed, until I mounted it. Your video helped me realize you need to bend those tabs. Works flawlessly now. Thanks again, huge help
Just ordered this fader and you have no idea how crucial this video is going to be tomorrow when it arrives and I set it up. Oh and by the way, I'm a hamster scratcher, there isn't many of us left :( Thanks for the video, you earned a subscriber :)
@@djsupafly1 I don't know if you have ever tried to swap out the cross fader in a DJM 250mk2 but I have just tried today and it seems like I need Elon Musk's qualifications in neutron science to be able to do it. :(
@@TheRRRaaHHH Thank you so much for your super fast reply. I have one arriving tomorrow morning so I'm happy there are no future issues to worry about. Have fun practicing man. It's all about that grind. Also post some videos up on here. :)
I'm waiting on delivery to update the fader in my primo. Are the jog wheels responsive enough to cut with? At the moment scratching is impossible but I'm hoping it's just the fader and not thst yhr jogs are useless too lol
@@scratchgonzo Nice. Not impossible. Hard for me to compare the jogs with anything else as it's been 2 decades since I used techs. I found most controllers are harder to get my scratching down. All I know is the fader is definitely better than stock and makes it easier
Great video. I just bought a mini innofader (same one in this video) but it’s still not cutting as tight. Gonna try putting some bumpers from my Vestax to see if it’ll help.
Ivan Avalos Yeah I did. I installed it in my Akai AMX and it still has that same gap as you did before the calibration. I’m gonna have to try it out again. I don’t know if it’s cus it’s powered by USB and not by a power adapter, if it resets the calibration on it. I tried contacting Akai and they don’t know either lol
@@djsupafly1 Hi i bought the mini innofader mini plus special version for pioneer djm s9, but it doesn't work on my denon mcx 8000 Am i wrong? It's not compatible??

Appreciated

The invert part of the fader might be helpful. Unless you're going to invert it within the mixer itself.

Your tutorials are the most concise I have seen!
Is this worth changing compared to the native crosfader of the mc7000?
Yes! If you're into scratching
Any word on factory reset? I some how made it to where only one side is working now
Very helpful vid! Just wired and calibrated it in my Mixars Primo. A million times better than the stock crossfader. Thanks again
Just wondering, 6 months on.. any issues at all with the fader? I have one coming tomorrow.
@@andykelly7321 It's working perfectly. 0 issues. I'm so glad to have replaced the old fader... now I just need to practice more! :P

DJOneDer Israel did you move the cut in adjustment like how I showed in the video?

Yo what up, hows the durability for everyday heavy scratching
So like what does this really do ? Makes scratching better or something ?
Overall better fader with the precise cut-in time adjustment I'm used to with my Rane 72.
can you install this on the pioneer ddj 1000 srt
mine bleeds on both sides of fader..should i recalibrate?
Yes!
mcx8000 is compatible? and mc6000?
Yes! it works on both. See the compatible mixer lists on innofaders website.
Hello i have difficulty in removing the cable that is attached to the mcx 8000.
