You're working too hard. Use a torch heat the rubber then use a hammer to hit the metal sleeve as far as you can then take a vice grip and then twist out the metal sleeve then use a Sawzall to cut the bushing

Hi, couldn't you have taken it out with an extractor? What size silent inserter was needed for the insertion? Thanks for uploading and replying
