- Here is how you can use PS4/PS5 controllers on Xbox input-only PC games like Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon 5! I've used this application for a couple years now and it has served me well!

I was searching for a solution to make my PS4 controller work on FH5 and all it takes was to check the Hide DS4 Controller, thank you!
It's still not working for me? It's like showing the keyboard buttons and then when I press a controller button, X for example, it'll change the icons to Xbox showing A for Select and B for Back but it won't do anything. It'll only show it when I press buttons but nothing is actually registering inputs

@@cosimobruno9254 Yes! You need to install HidHide, because the computer is registering both the PS controller AND Xbox controller. There's some tutorials on TH-cam

That was a fix for a ps4 controller , but what about ps5?
It doesn’t ask me to make changes from an unknown publisher but why ?
When I extract the file and open it there is no .exe file. when I open it it says "You must install or update .NET to run this application." "You will need to run the downloaded installer" When I click "Download it now" nothing happens or downloads. How do I fix?
bro this actually work lol i was sus bout this but it work on my ps5 controller one tipp tho if youconnect to bluetooth and it dont show up in the app mjust plug in the controller via usb cable.

my problem is that i cant stay with 2 controllers connected to bluetooth at rhe same time... one works fine but when i try to connect a second one it doesnt connect and when it connects it stays disconnecting randomly and doesnt even appear on DS4Windows...
My ps5 controller works perfectly without any additional software on steam. But on gamepass it only recognises like half the controller and the rest is on keyboard. Weird.
I had the same problem, set the aiming output from mouse to controller in game

hi it works but it's bug the game half detects my controller it resumes on the keyboard even if I unplug the keyboard

for some reason, all my PS4 controller inputs are different in the game. (R2 is actually A in-game) so it is still impossible to play. do you know a fix for this?

The joysticks and everything work but like x,o,triangle, and square don't work Why?
when i accelerate with r1 it won't work and only few of buttons work even O doesn't work and it switch to kbm is there a solution my controller don't want to work
My controller is connecting and have loaded up fh4 and it mostly works but then it changes between kbm and controller so all of a sudden my car will just slow down and the handbrake will just randomly make me spin out of control
My controller works on fh5 but when I turn right it turns left and when i turn left it turns right and i can only drive I can’t change camera or use my controller in the menu someone help plz
Havent tried to do the hide option uet but i have some games that didn't download on steam but some of them work with rne contriller while others dont. I got a dualshock4 and Dulwindows4 but for instance, re8 village whenever i close steam doesn't allow the program to initialize the controller without me opening steam. Any solution for that?

mate does dis work with xbox 360 wired controller cus if attached wired xbox controller it does not work in FH 5
Xbox 360 should work without the software I think as it is native Xbox/pc

i have no problem with bluetooth, but i have problem when i connect the ds4 with usb cable to my pc, its detect on DS4windows, but not detect on games , i feel confuse

Why is it xbox controls?
Because it is emulating to act like a Xbox controller! So the game sees it on your pc as an Xbox controller

Have you tried re downloading?
Download the older version
open the app then go to settings-->device options, itll show the same options
you would need to extract the files first.
