Fire Emblem If BGM - End of All (Sky/Land/Below Mix, Jpn. Ver.)

- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 14 มิ.ย. 2024
- Endgame themes for the Hoshido/Nohr/Invisible Kingdom routes combined.
This is an absolutely perfect theme for the final chapter(s).
The themes for each kingdom are largely the same, with the exception of Aqua/Azura's lyrics; each endgame theme features a different verse from Renka's song "Hitori Omou" ("if~ひとり思う~"), which plays during the latter half of the credits of the game. The lyrics, Japanese and English (translation credits to Fire Emblem Wiki), are listed below:
0:00 Hoshidan endgame [Sky]
"歌う静謐(せいひつ)
水晶 柔(やわ)く光散りて
闇の去り行く暁
独り 思う
ユルレリ ユラリ
泡沫(うたかた) 想い 廻(めぐ)る
秤(はかり) 伝う 水脈
その手が 拓く 未来(あす)は
utau seihitsu
suishou yawaku hikari chirite
yami no sariiku akatsuki
hitori omou
yurari yurureri
utakata omoi meguru
hakari tsutau minasuji
sono te ga hiraku asu wa
Bringing peace to the world
A soft light scatters from the crystal
Vanquishing the dark like a sunrise
One's thoughts
Swaying and being swayed
One's thoughts flow like bubbles
Down the river stream
Those hands will open up the path to tomorrow"
4:04 Nohrian endgame [Land]
"紡ぐ理(ことわり)
黒陽(こくよう) 鈍く 崩れ落ちて
光去り行く 黄昏
独り思う
ユルレリ ユラリ
泡沫(うたかた) 想い 廻(めぐ)る
秤(はかり) 伝う 水脈
その手が 拓く 未来(あす)は
tsumugu kotowari
kokuyou nibuku kuzureochite
hikari sariiku tasogare
hitori omou
yurari yurureri
utakata omoi meguru
hakari tsutau minasuji
sono te ga hiraku asu wa
By spinning a false tale
The blackened sun will slowly begin to fall
Vanquishing the light like the twilight
One's thoughts
Swaying and being swayed
One's thoughts flow like bubbles
Down the river stream
Those hands will open up the path to tomorrow"
8:11 Invisible Kingdom endgame [Below]
"結ぶ血裔
亡骸 埋もれ 狂い果てて
水面(みなも)に映る
我が意を 誰が知るや
ユルレリ ユラリ
泡沫(うたかた) 想い 廻(めぐ)る
秤(はかり) 伝う 水脈
その手が 拓く 未来(あす)は
musubu ketsu ei
nakigara umore kuri hatete
minamo ni utsuru
wa ga i o dare ga shiru ya
yurari yurureri
utakata omoi meguru
hakari tsutau minasuji
sono te ga hiraku asu wa
That the corpses of those
Descendants bound by blood
Reflect upon the chaotic water's surface in the end
So that someone is aware of one's thoughts
Swaying and being swayed
One's thoughts flow like bubbles
Down the river stream
Those hands will open up the path to tomorrow"

i make my own fate!!
Now I can't decide whether I like the English or Japanese version of this better.....
When it comes to the different versions, I think the Japanese version works for the full song, which is meant to be gentle rather than powerful, but for the End of All variants, the English version is better because it conveys more power, and the vocals are louder in that version.
was the 100 like
♡
This song just sounds better in Japanese. Since the English version sounds like a song where the lyrics were so obviously translated. I mean that in the sense of a lot of Japanese lyrics when translated to English when sung, usually sound rushed or just out of place
@157 xhg It all depends on if the dub is good and the anime itself. When I watch MHA I want dub so I can concentrate entirely on the scene like a fight scene, because in that show if you look away to look at subtitles you're gonna miss something
I know this is 5 months old, but I thought of replying. I don't disagree with you, but I think it all really depends on how the team tackles the translation. I work with a guy, Y. Chang, and he does fan dubs of anime OPs and EDs. I personally think his are really good because, from what I can tell, he takes into account the meaning of the sentence in Japanese, but doesn't adhere to the literal translation. Instead, he interprets the sentence, and uses that interpretation to make something sound good in a musical sense. I think people consider his Bloody Stream to be one of the best.
That being said, I don't think the English versions of any of the songs featured in Fates is very good. It's passable, at best, but I think it tries too hard in one direction that it sacrifices sounded natural.
After reading the lyrics, it's so much better in Japanese, yet again, than English...
Well it was written in JP...for a JP game...by JP musicians...and then translated to English. Not an easy thing to do.
@@SteveDala I wouldn't say that it was translated, more like interpreted.
Still, both are better than the french version
@@Suuuuuuuuuppp gotta agree with you tbh
@@yukanda3296 There is a French Version? I can't seem to find it though.
why she singing like she has 1 hp
Well the song does literally kill her

I'm not a fan of Fire emblem.
But I give this song 5 ✨️
Not bad, but it cannot beat Id (Purpose).
Za Ali No, it really can't...
Lost in the Waves comes close to beating it, but Id (Purpose) wins in the end
I'd say Id (Purpose) works best as an intro theme/opening, while End of All works best as an ending theme.
I havent play the game but please try Twilight of the gods and Heritors of Arcadia from FE:Echoes
Id (Purpose) is just over-all more energetic. It's a better final battle theme simply because of the 2nd phase that most appropriately plays when facing Grima himself.
1:17, 1:44 and 2:47 sound like they're better off in another game.
Final Fantasy 10 would've worked...
