Got a convincing reply back from the company saying they would investigate and that phoning whilst driving was not company policy.

I know the troggs will be along in a minute telling you to get a life or something equally as charming, and telling you to stop picking on poor downtrodden motorists, but lets see if they stick up for drink drivers as well
