For example: in most Japanese fights between Brothers, it’s not a “I won’t kill you because I love you and I forgive you.” Ending. The idea that he is insanely hopeful after having his whole being destroyed. Plus we all know he’s banging Mercy right?
I mean yeah it's likely that they have that kind of relationship on the other hand she is a doctor and he is her patient so maybe they are close that way. I'm still hopeful for any confirmation of gency being canon though.
