Since you installed a p trap with no union, how is one supposed to service this and take it apart without cutting everything out? Also would recommend a cleanout on the vertical drain before it goes through the floor.
The p trap I installed has a drain plug for servicing and the vertical pipe has an air admittance valve that can be removed to clear any clogs. Should be good 👍🏼
The p-trap is used to block off sewer gas. However, your vent pipe, which carries sewer gas, ends under the sink's drain board. What is the point of installing a p-trap then?🤔🤔
Hi Scott, that is not the vent under the drain board. It is an air admittance valve, which only lets air into the pipes to increase drain flow and prevent negative pressure to further prevent gasses from coming back up through the pipes. The gray tank is vented on the outside of the trailer. Thanks for watching!
well done SBG...best of luck to you and yours!

What size dimensions is the grey water tank so that both fresh and grey fit under sink?
I didn’t install my grey water under the sink, only freshwater.
