Instagram- AdamTheWooATW Always great seeing baseball history and hanging with friends . Ohtani is amazing and love watching him play even tho he’s a dodger. I really wish something would be done about big market teams just buying players and wins . Very discouraging
Adam, having a big payroll doesn't guarantee wins -- case in point, the Mets. MLB did institute a payroll tax on the big market spenders to distribute money to the small market teams. I understand your frustration, but if a couple of billionaires bought the Rays and started signing some high-priced free agents, I'll bet you wouldn't cry tears for the teams that lost out on them. BTW, I've been watching your channel for the past couple years & love the baseball and small town content. 😊
Awesome video Adam. I’m a lifelong Dodger fan. I understand your point about needing some sort of salary cap. Rays have always had my respect. Such a solid franchise. Especially when they went to the World Series in 20’ with a minuscule payroll. I think Kershaw was making more that season that the entire Rays starting roster 😂. Anyway, keep up the great content. Thanks again
Ohtani is a unicorn in terms of both his play and pay. I don't think he does that deal with any other team than the Dodgers who have that talent and support built around him.
Adam next time you don’t sit in the reserve worst seating area of all time and get yourself asada nachos or churros and ice cream or Korean bbq or sushi the nachos are by far the worst product or coulda gone to kings Hawaiian and chicken spot
I'm a Japanese MLB fan who hopes to someday watch a baseball game at Dodger Stadium. Thank you for making me feel like I was with friends today! I want to eat a hot dog!
Did Dodger Stadium in 2014 as a visiting Cardinals fan, sporting a Cardinal hat. Actually used the LA metro to get around town. Went from the Getty Center on the west side all the way to Dodger Stadium. A friendly stranger sporting his Dodger shirt/hat was of great help with the transfers needed to get to the Dodger Express to get to the stadium. Had a great time with him and then spent much of the game chatting baseball stuff with another stranger. It was Kershaw bs Wainwright, Kershaw won 1-0. Excellent time. Made it back to hotel in Pasadena after midnight; probably walked over 10 miles that day. Special place on my heart for LA because of it.
I was at the game last night (not a Dodger fan) but damn man I might just become one just because of the atmosphere of everybody & Ohtani. FYI I’m a Mariners fan & loved my Mariners but as a CALI team Dodgers is great!
The dodgers have drawn more fans than any franchise in American sports history. It has the highest capacity of any mlb stadium. Don't be fooled of some empty seats. Also, with all do respect Adam, the Rays are not a big draw.
@@peymangSorry but with the amount of people in LA the star power on that team I don’t care who is the opponent they should have more butts in the seats!

I never thought he would become such a great player that I watched him everyday and I am very happy to see him. about 4 months ago I went to Dodger Stadium to watch a game. It is the best memory I have. Thank you Dodgers!

Great video. You 're about to complete your Stadium Journey of MLB stadiums. Will have to see the Rays play in Vegas in 2-3 years. I would assume your boys got you the ticket. Adam usually sits lower bowl.
You're very lucky to be at that game and witness the greatest baseball player of our lifetime. And don't worry, the Rays will be in the playoffs next year with the up and coming pitchers you have.
One of the nicest stadiums you've shown us. That 'vintage' looking video screen is very cool. Amateur question if anyone knows : is there no salary cap in baseball to stop the big teams in big cities just hoovering up all the talen ?

Adam, a "wild pitch" is a decision made by the official scorer at a MLB game, and not a wild pitch in the dirt or way out of the strike zone! The term is used and determined by the official scorer when a base runner advances when a pitched ball gets away from the catcher. A wild pitch scoring indicates that the pitch was pretty much uncatchable for the catcher to handle and a baserunner advances. If a pitched ball is dropped by the catcher or basically flubbed by the catcher, and a base runner advances, the official score would be a "passed ball" putting the blame on the catcher. A wild pitch basically is an error for the pitcher, while a passed ball is basically an error for the catcher.
I went to school and graduated with former LA Dodgers pitcher Chad Billingsley in 2003 in Defiance, Ohio , Chad would end up playing for the Philadelphia Phillies before an career ending injury, at graduation they kinda made a big deal about chad being drafted by the Dodgers .
