All good tips. I remember how much learning the foresight into special sheath combo impacted my longsword play. It's so simple but it really improved my times on pretty much every monster.

My only reason I don’t kill as fast as you guys bc I can’t sit there and keep sheathing sheath a lot trying to counter but I have to combo I cannot sheathe back to back to me makes the game boring that just me no judgement to anyone it looks cool and does crazy damage but I kinda play it cinematically idk I’m stupid
I personally don't play that much MP, but I guess it is better to use Roundslash and try to use Foresight Slash to gain spirit levels... much easier than hitting counters.

Just had an (maybe) amazing idea only countering monsters with DDS you can use barrel bomb trick but otherwise just use spirit combo for gauge
After playing LS for 500+ hours I learned today that double-drawn slash has hyper armor.
It is so useful. But yeah easy to miss.
1000+ hours and just Learned ಥ_ಥ

Cancelling Foresight slash to Helm breaker or chaining to special sheath and repeating foresight slash is a very nice tip.

Channeler or Medium, can't remember.

You need to have quick sheathe level 3 to sheathe that fast
for the first tip: whats a kuna?
1. get Tigrine Need LS with brutal strike
2. get Special Sheath lvl 3 and Attack Boost lvl 7 build
3. change ur switch skill to Spirit Reckoning Combo

Most important thing in mh is….remember the monsters moves….which I am TERRIBLE at 🤣🤣
Try to hop into a hunt and just focus on not taking damage... that will improve your ability to learn the moves.
