    To be honest I never liked short workouts , but this had made feel the burn in my abs I did it twice and I could tell short workouts can burn too. thank you sami !

    tip: when doing the exercises on your back press your back into the floor to target your lower abs!🤍

      I get the lower pooch area too, it only goes away when I’m super strict with my salt and sugar intake

      It's called being a woman, it's very unhealthy and virtually impossible to get a completely flat stomach especially at the lower part due to organs females have such as a womb!!

    My first time trying your wourkout. Not gonna lie I'm quiet impressed. 5 minutes and my lower belly hurts. I'm so thankfoul for u cuz now I'm proud of myself (and that's rear) I did a leg wourkout before this and I feel way more confident. Yous thank you

    I'm dead plus that's probably my fault. Due to not having a lot of space at home I quitted working out for like one week or more and my body knows it! I had my stamina improved and my body was showing muscle development!! However, today I still went through the whole video non stop. Hopefully the soreness makes it an excuse for me to keep on with this journey!! Much love, I really appreciate your content🙏🏽💞

    day 1: I put on too much weight so it was hard but not too much cause I used to be a swimmer
    day 2: better than day 1 but still I can improve it!

    hey girl! Since gyms are opening up where I live, I’d really appreciate a gym routine!!! I’m a total beginner to lifting and I’m gonna assume that you do weight training lol.
