@@WillCollette and I will be here every step of the way! I had a 94 v6 mustang with a supercharger off a thunderbird. It worked good for what it was. Yours will be killer!
With the procharger you will be limited on boost and I only know of one procharged 3.7 in the 600 whp range. Either way congrats on going boosted. I have a procharger as well hopefully next year will be hitting the track since it’s closed until next year lol
@@WillCollette only real issue a stock 3.7 has is the water pump. The power will be lower with the procharger. It's better than being na. But turbo is the way to go.
This was a ballpark estimate. There was a LOT required to modify the car to handle the particular set of turbos I had in the beginning. Tons of custom fab and literally every part required. I only had two incompatible turbos

I won’t make sounds “just” like a turbo. Especially if you got straight-cut gears vs Helical gears. Also the blowoff valve/bypass valve reacts differently on a Procharger than a turbo.

I’m adding Water/meth kit to keep knock down in AZ summer heat. My tune will also advance timing at WOT with cooler IAT’s. 🙌🏼🐌💨💨💨

I am not a lawyer, but if I installed an aftermarket turbo on my car in California it would have been very illegal. No way around it

My power goals are around that range. Limited to 91 octane in LA with stock engine and trans for now. 400-600 is plenty
@@WillCollette That’s pretty good plus you have an s197 so you should be lighter unlike the s550

You definitely do not want 4.10’s with a Procharger. I have 3.55’s with mine. Feels great. Most prefer 3.31’s though.
