I remember reading this manga before all these dramas came out and to say I was obsessed was an understatement. I’ve wished the ending was different though

@@sarahnafik522 yeah if my memory serves me right of the manga SPOILERS 🛑 🔥 🛑 : she loses her virginity to the boyfriend Android and it stops working the next day and she’s heartbroken. And she ends up with the other dude that had a crush on her the whole manga but she was never interested in him like that. They try to make it seem happy at the end but we all knew she was in love with the “absolute boyfriend” and her getting with the other ML didn’t do either him or her justice. Seemed like a really messed up ending
Even if the boyfriend is perfect in every way, he doesn't understand what it means to have emotions and feelings of being a human because he's a robot. There are stress for Rika that she's going through for finance reason, and the robot can't understand those subtle expressions of Rika. It's not about this systematic way of behaving the way Rika wants or likes, but it's about bonding and being there to support her and going through with her at the same time.
He got to understand in the end. He behave on his own, regardless of his programming, because he fell in love it her. That was one of the points of the series. But she made her choice in the end, and he wanted more regular life for her.
She doesn't want him...pass him to me...I'll pay.
