We dont go rushing to an injured person all together and everybody would ask if he or shes ok, we try to assess the situation so we could make ourselves useful and comeup with a plan that involves team work like someone should call for an ambulance, someone should get a vehicle, someone should carry the injured person. We try to solve the matter in a fast manner by avoiding each others way. Its the sole reason if an incident occur women, children and elderly people are being evacuated first. Women would probably scream and cry, children would freeze and close their eyes, elderly cant help either because of their physicality.

Because unfortunately most societies are pretty sexist and while older men are often still considered attractive once a woman hits even 30 she is often considered past her prime. So if a younger guy likes an older woman there must be something wrong with him *eye roll*. It should be no different.
I don't care if other guys are into older women, but it "is" unusual. And from a biological perspective its pretty reasonable why older women aren't considered as attractive as when they were younger (fertility, birth suitability and (at some point) menopause). I can't say why girls like older men but i would presume it's because women in generell are more attracted to maturity and there is nearly no relation between age and fertility for men. So no, it is not because of societal standards.
