    In this video, I explain how to make perfect Usucha and Koicha - thin and thick Matcha.
    The Matcha/water ratio is relevant for a perfect Matcha experience but the most important thing to be aware of is the right water temperature!
    For Usucha you need 2 gram of ceremonial grade Matcha, 60 ml water at 70 C.
    For Koicha you need gram of high quality, ceremonial grade Matcha, 30 ml water at 70 C.

    I just chew my matcha powder and gulp it down with some hot water.
