Karma - when you get damage from special enemy, you also got 1 karma. Every second 1 KR disappear together with hp (sans) Bleeding - chance 1% get bleeding for 1-3 seconds after getting damage. Every half seconds bleeding takes 1 hp Critical - chance 5% to get or attack with x2 damage
You should add that you get a house at age 18 and the monsters that attack you at night you go to your house and the monsters can go in your house and if you open your window they go in

idea for vid/part 2: status effects like poisoned(makes you slowly lose health) or drunk(adds shaders making it hard to see)
