Rice Vinegar + Sugar: If alcohol is not an option, you can use rice vinegar (about 1 tablespoon) mixed with 1 teaspoon of sugar. This won’t replicate the flavor exactly but can mimic some of the acidity and sweetness. Thanks for watching.
