Tips on freezing please?
Is it best to freeze these before or after baking?
After baking. Freeze on open tray and then put in Tupperware.
my son is allergic to eggs so how much water do i add to pastry ?

I wash all my fruits and veggies in a water/distilled white vinegar mix.

When I use waxed lemons.only ones shop had.i just washed them in warm water with drop of washing up liquid.seemed fine .dry after though x

175 flour to 75 butter isnt over half butter to flour right?
What is 180 in US temperature?
About 390F. For a rough conversion for above zero temperatures, multiply degrees C x 2 and add 30. So, 50C is about 130F. It's not exact but it's close enough for government work.
