We keep this for a couple of weeks in chiller and still good, you can try making a small batch and check for the shelf life. We just use toothpick to plot for the eyes, charcoal powder add with small amount of water. :)

Yes you can make it for sales. We have kept it in air right container and in chiller for up to a month.
