You continue to be my and my wife's favorite weekend watch! The vibes are immaculate but also you consistently give such thoughtful information, and give so much of yourself and your brain to us in order to share your experiences and knowledge! As someone who has toyed with the idea of making videos myself, your perspective on doing it for yourself, as a hobby, as something you'll only do as long as you're truly enjoying it, is really valuable too! Cheers to a year, and we look forward to many many more (:
I stumbled on your channel and the way you light and edit your videos made me think “this is like a Wes Anderson themed knitting youtube channel, this is exactly what my life has been missing!” I love the golden light and your editing so much ❤
You’re a breath of fresh air and I like your vibe in general. Smack on the wrist for all the haters of your voice!! Like what the heck?😂 I was recommended your videos twice by the fyp and I don’t need a “third times the charm” situation 😂😂 I’m here to stay 🙋♀️you’re awesome🤗
Your channel is one of my favorites.❤ It’s refreshing to watch a video that isn’t selling anything, but is simply documenting and sharing the experience of creating something. I understand that not all creators are in a position to turn down income from sponsorships, but your channel is a welcome break from the constant barrage of ‘you should buy this!’ on social media. ~Brenda
This video is super inspiring! Happy one year! And I wholeheartedly agree, feeling like I have to do an editorial photoshoot for every finished project is so overwhelming and not fun.
And I'm so glad you did it anyway! I still haven't catch up on all your videos but I already look forward your future ones. Thank you for being honest, I wouldn't have guessed all the effort that was needed so people wouldn't guess where you live!
So glad you are continuing, and will still make the non-knitting videos. Just like so many other comments, you have become my favourite you tuber and I look forward to new videos appearing. One of the things I really enjoy is the unpredictability of the video topic, unlike many other knitting podcasters who are quite repetitive. My dogs, sadly, don't like your cats and bark if they catch a glimpse on screen. If it helps, I enjoy the one project vlog-style videos the most, especially when your personality, humour, and honesty are on full show. Thank you 😊
Happy anniversary, I can't believe it's been a year already!! I think I managed to catch your channel when you had just a couple of hundred followers and it's been amazing to see you growing and getting more confident with your content, it's always such a chill time here.
Thank you so much!! ☺️ it’s amazing how it feels kinda the same as when I started. I’m definitely more confident but on my end, the filming and editing hasn’t changed much. I think I like it that way. I was expecting it to feel totally different if I ever got 10k
I love your dress! But I want to say, I’m not a cat person but I love your cats, I’m not a knitter but I watch you because I love your personality. Love your voice ! Love your channel!
Omg that’s so sweet. Also, I was an active cat hater for most of my life, so I fully understand not being a cat person. I’ll let Pippin know it’s not personal 😂
Congratulations on one year!!! Super appreciate your candid chats! I love that you place safety as your highest priority [you should!] and that you have the integrity to go 'yeah, I don't want to do sponsorships or xyz, this is for fun for me' I really like that you've set those boundaries and limits on your time to rest and create how you want to! I have a few different craft channels that I love to watch while making things, but yours have the coziest vibes. It feels like we're just settling down for a chat and chilling [politely and distantly, not in a weirdo parasocial way] Gonna go smooch my cats. Have a day!
😂 there’s a weird camera thing I do that I think helps. When I set up my tripod, I always think “if I had a friend over right now, where would they sit?” and that’s where I set the camera and I try to set it even at head height for a person. It helps me feel like I’m talking to a friend too. I also try to read comments before pressing record so I can be reminded that I am talking to real people. 🥰
Thanks for posting this! It was very interesting and informative. I sometimes feel like there is this mystique around having a channel, and a successful channel at that, and it is great to get a "behind-the-scenes" look at the why and the what.
I look forward to your videos because you’re interesting, intelligent, silly, and honest (except when you lie 😂). I also look forward to seeing your cats and seeing how much you love them. I crochet, and am trying to knit but I’m having difficulty getting it. I’ll keep at it though!
Knitting has a tougher barrier to entry than crochet (in my opinion) but if you like it and get to the point of solidly being able to knit, purl, cast on, cast off, the rest comes much easier. Those are the toughest skills to learn.
I relate so hard to people giving you feedback as if they are helping. I have never been so self conscious of my voice until I started my YT. Now suddenly I have people telling me I have vocal fry and uptalk and apparently that signals a lack of confidence. I have never once commented on someone's video telling them what to fix. If you don't like it move along and go watch someone else. Of course 99.9% of all comments are positive and lovely but it's hard to not get stuck on that .01% Thanks for sharing your experience. I have really been loving your content and the unique perspective you bring. Also your video editing style is perfection. Makes me want to get better. 🩷
I'm happy to hear that you're continuing on with the channel, and I'm even happier to hear all the ways in which you are creating boundaries for yourself. Also, as a recovering people pleaser, thank you for the reminder that it's okay to actively lie in the interest of your own comfort/safety!
Absolutely I was floored when my therapist said “It’s not entirely wrong to lie. You have to weigh your values.” 🤯 so (for example) I value my physical safety more than honesty. I value transparency/honesty over how I am perceived. It’s such an insane concept.
Congratulations on your one year podiversay, Isabella! That’s truly a significant milestone… One of the major reasons I love your channel is that you generally have content that makes me think. I get to ponder about life in a way that most other content creators don’t do. It’s not that I don’t like their content, but you stimulate my brain in ways that their content doesn’t. And I enjoy that! So, thank you, and I appreciate you! Take care!
😂 that’s good to know. If money weren’t a thing, I would have gone to school for philosophy and I try to tone down that interest because I assume it bores people
@@BreathingYarn I enjoyed my 2 philosophy courses at University, too! But my favorite electives were actually in archeology! However, I was practical and majored in Business Administration, with a minor in the Russian language…!
Its interesting to hear how many people will just comment their wants into your comments and just want it to be done, I know there are suggestions given like about projects and stuff but trying to make you change your content is insane
I think you are fab! Its so nice to have a genuine and honest person talking about our shared loved of creating. Your videos are so relaxing to watch and for what my opinion is worth, your voice is very calming so i really have no idea what the haters are even talking about! 😅 Congratulations on one year! Long may you continue xx
Mad respect for having clear goals, boundaries, and knowing what you do and don't want out of this. These are probably why I enjoy your content so much, as opposed to pretty much any craft influencer on yt. Except Roxanne Richardson. She's the best teacher and I love her to bits.
You are definitely enough: talented enough, pretty enough, smart enough and most definitely funny enough. When I first started following your channel you came across as shy and sensitive. Now you seem to have found your youtube self. You do your own thing with confidence. My advice would be to continue being you. There are a lot of people here all over the world who love you, your videos and your thoughts and ideas. Girl, you bring us so much joy.
Congrats on making it through your first year! I love your very healthy outlook on the future - do what you love, and let the people who love your videos find you slowly! Also oh my god, the million idea spreadsheet and lining up videos for the next year…. OOF I feel that!!
OMG thank you and thank you ☺️ you’re a massive source of inspiration! Loved watching you learn how to knit 🧶 It’s so not fair how instantly good your swatch looked 😂
Have been loving your content! I am not saying I know how other content creators feel but how I perceive them. I see them happier with better content when they are doing things they love and bring them joy. When they try to appease everyone they seem anxious and not enjoying themselves. Those videos to me are not as enjoyable. I prefer the ones were the creators are enjoying themselves as we are of getting a glimpse of whatever they want us to. So no suggestion just wishful thinking- keep doing videos you enjoy doing and keep your creative juices flowing ! I will be here for any video you choose to make in any matter you make them! Ps - Padfoot my black lab love hearing about your kitties 😊
congratulations on one year!!!! i'm so glad to hear that you're having a good time, i love your content style and everything you put out and always look forward to your videos. also, one of my cats LOVES you! she will come into the room and sit and watch your videos when i have them on the tv, staring the whole time, and then during ads or once a different video starts she gets bored and leaves. i was rewatching your yarn stash video and she tried to chase the yarn that you were tossing on the couch in the beginning 😂😂 i'll try to remember to take a picture some time. thanks for all the effort you put into your vids!!!!
You are so lovely and every time I see you've posted another video I get SOOO excited and drop everything to pull out my current knitting project and watch! Thank you for being yourself (which is an amazing human being) and sharing via youtube (: Also, absolutely love Merry and Pippin!
I LOVE this video! You're so relatable and articulate in the points you're making. You had me hooked on when you listed my exact thoughts or concerns when starting a youtube channel and then I hit subscribe when you got to the internet safety part.
I try to tell myself, I'm not nearly as important to the general public as I think I am. Meaning, no one is really going to care years from now if I tripped, or spilled my drink, or what have you. Also, I love that dress. It looks so cool!
Thank you so much for sharing this. I've been trying to get the courage to start a channel, and I tell myself the same reasons not to. It's nice to know I'm not the only one. 😊❤
Oh yea, mountains of self doubt. The nice thing is that you can always make a video and if you don’t like it, you don’t have to post it. I made 3 videos before I posted any of them.
I really enjoy your videos!! 🤗 I love your personality and sense of humor…also your kitties! 🐈⬛🐈⬛🥰 Thank you for bringing authenticity to this YT space! P.S. you have a great voice! 😉
I recently started knitting and found your page somehow… you’re absolutely amazing. Really, really funny and really, really genuine. Thank you for all the laughs and all the knowledge. I wish you the best and look forward to more of your stuff as long as you’re enjoying it for YOU :)
I gotta say you are my new favorite vlogger. I about gasped when you said you aren’t pretty or funny enough for TH-cam. So not true pretty funny lady!!! Love watching your videos while knitting/ crafting or just generally being lazy. Thanks for your inspiring videos!!
Congrats! To you and me, it’s our anniversary 😉 I have been here from the start, almost. Me and Pippi (my cat) watching you and yours. I love what you do, it is chill, it is amazing, it is real and funny. Change only if you want to, keep having fun! I am glad you decided to do this.🎉
Your channel is honestly my favourite and my number one for crafting/knitting inspo and to create along to. It feels exactly like what you said- a cosy corner on TH-cam where I love to curl up with my project, my doggo and a cup of tea. Keep doing you and happy 1st TH-cam Birthday!
thank you for being here still, despite some of the words thrown your way! i know i continue to watch these videos because of the introspective and relaxed nature you bring to the screen, in a world of intense short form content - it’s like my brain gets a breath of fresh air, lol. also, a moment for the dress pls!!
Just wanted to say that this was so wonderful and honest! I really appreciate all the honesty and thought you put into your videos, and they're so unique and different from others that I've found. Plus you've got this try anything attitude that makes me feel a little more creative in my crafting too :) Thanks for putting this up and sharing your thoughts (and journal entry at the end)! Hope you also have a day!
Your channel brings me so much joy, i am so glad you continue to make videos! i literally look forward to your videos and i absolutely binge watch your channel lol
Hey Isabella, I really really love your channel and deeply enjoy watching your videos every week or so. I wish there were more creators out there making content like yours.
Congrats on one year!!! Really glad you’re enjoying making videos :) I’ve said this before but I really love your outlook on creativity. Doing something as long as you’re enjoying it sounds really healthy to me and it’s something I try to channel in my creative endeavours as well :) Congrats again and hope you’re having a good one 💕
Been here roughly since the start, and I have to say I have loved watching your personality truly bloom on this channel. I can't wait to see what comes!
Happy 1 year on TH-cam! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on having a channel and everything. Your videos are delightful may they continue to bring you creative joy!!! 💜
"Not pretty enough for TH-cam"...... Girl. you're not "conventionally" pretty. You're classically beautiful. Lovely, symmetrical and soft features that are so easy to look at. Don't let today's wack standards get you down. Also sometimes it's easier to enjoy someone when they don't have wild stuff going on with their makeup and background. I watch my share of those creators! Love cosplay creators and all that jazz, but their vibe is theirs, and your vibe is yours. You're the art people enjoy in a restful moment with a cup of coffee and a scone. Or pumpkin spice, if that's your jam.
You're pretty, like Katherine Heigl, smart and funny, too. I just saw a few videos on your channel and enjoyed it very much. Thank you, and have fun on this channel you of course, don't need to be in the top 10.😊 See ya.🙋🏼♀️
I completely understand that Instagram can have a negative influence on people. But I also think that it’s possible to work on your relationship with social media. I also hate the forced aesthetic side of Instagram and I will never make reels. But there are lovely people in the crafting sphere that I’m in contact with purely because of Instagram. You can use it without constantly checking on how many likes your post got or if it did better or worse than older ones. You can just use it for fun, for documenting your crafts and to interact with other crafters all over the world. If you want to, obviously. And I don’t mean you personally, Isabella. No one needs Instagram, there are way better uses for our time.
I'm glad you're enjoying TH-cam, because I've been enjoying your videos! It's great you're finding a balance between being big enough to profit but not too big for comfort. While I've passively thought about what making videos would be like, I don't think it's be for me. I get annoyed enough at weird entitlement when it's not directed at me. I also have an incredibly "who cares what other people think" attitude up until the point I'm confronted with other people.
So I don’t even know how I ended up here because I can’t knit but……I think you are fabulous because you seem so comfortable and wonderfully yourself. I have SO much FEAR with my TH-cam channel. For so many reasons and I just can’t get over…..myself. I just worry that I am stupid and a ‘who cares about her’ kind of person. How do I get past this?
Talk to yourself the way you want your kids to talk to themselves. They don’t have value because they do anything special in particular. They don’t need to “earn” love. They have value just by existing, and so do you! Extend that thinking to your TH-cam channel. Besides, hating on it/yourself is an insult to the people who genuinely love your channel. They’re not dumb for liking it. They just like it, and you.
I don't usually comment a ton but I just got back into knitting for the first time since I was little and have been working through a sweater. I happened to come across your channel and have fallen in love with your content. your videos are so cozy and calming and I really feel motivated to keep doing what time doing to be able to have projects that I love. thank you for doing what you do, you rock!
Hi! I am a Korean knitter, and i am really enjoying your contents. ❤ And, in Korean, there is a specific word for a person whi nipticks at every little things. It is 프로불편러, and it is translated like pro(fessional)-complainer 😂. They will do the same thing at every single moment of their lives. What a pity!
Congratulations on one year of TH-cam! I only came to your channel recently but it’s quickly become my favorite knitting TH-cam channel. I love how down to earth, funny and honest you are, and how well you break things down in your more explanatory videos (the one on how to draft sweater patterns is SO helpful). I honestly think the comments about your voice are stupid as it’s something I never even thought about with your videos, so I hope it doesn’t bother you! And of course, I love your cats 🐈⬛
1. YAAAS videos outside of your niche that you will enjoy making ❤. I wanna watch them! 2. You made me think about starting a channel... Like more seriously that in the past. Thanks for this video
I am subscribed to over 200 channels right now 😆 some of my knitting favorites: Kutovakika, Well Loved Knits, Danish Musings, Made in the Moment, Jenna Phipps, Laura Penrose, Marissa Made, Morgan Unraveled
What you were saying about meeting all of your goals and then looking for the next thing reminded me of what I always tell my students is the college graduate poem: "The Search" by Shel Silverton I went to find a pot of gold That's waiting where the rainbow ends. I searched and searched and searched and searched And searched and searched, and then- There it was, deep in the grass, Under an old and twisty bough. It's mine, it's mine, it's mine at last.... What do I search for now?
I love this poem! I’ve been in therapy for years and this concept has been such a focal point for me. My mind struggles to wrap around this concept and I think it deeply holds me back when I don’t accept it.
I love your videos in part because, I think, I picked up up on the things you verbalized in this one - how you protect your privacy and boundaries and stick by your guns, and how you do it for yourself, both for fun and for personal growth. There's just something irreplaceable about interacting with, or watching art done by, people who do it for the process, and without an "end goal". I'm not a youtube creator (because showing my face online is scary, and has gotten way scarier since the generative enshittification), but I AM a creative, and once upon a time I shared my artwork in the same way you share your videos, and I've never recaptured that feeling since. I'm glad youtube has been a good experience for you, and I hope you keep enjoying it as much or more going forward!
Kudos for taking internet safety seriously! I'm always appalled what people put on the internet about their physical location without a second thought. I'm not famous on any kind of platform but you can be doxxed or have a stalker find you regardless. Don't put your location information prominently, folks, please! Also I continue to love this channel, I like hanging out with you, knitting with our cats on our respective couches (although mine has very little interest in screens, so no videos will be forthcoming 😁)! Have a nice sunday ❤
I love your point of view! I find the reasons behind these thoughtful decisions really refreshing and reminds me of the early internet, when it was a creative sandpit. I think a lot of creators would be much happier doing things this way. I look forward to your videos and am glad you’re enjoying making them. My two tortie cats say hi!
I feel like I'm creepy because I have just recently discovered your videos and have commented on a lot of them just in the past month. I enjoy your channel so much. I find it very calming and it has really motivated me to continue working on projects. Compared to some other channels I find that yours just feels very authentic, and maybe it's not, but how would I know😂 Also totally support lying on the internet, it's the smart thing to do.
People are so annoying and entitled. If you don’t like a channel move on. I love your channel. You have a great vibe and you’re funny. Congratulations on your one year anniversary! 🎉
I love your approach to TH-cam. It feels like so many people start with the intention to make it their main source of income eventually. I can see that ever being the case for me either. My TH-cam is just another part of my craft hobbies because I like to talk about my crafts and be able to look back on my process and growth.
I enjoy your videos so much & I soooooo badly want to start posting knitting vlogs and videos about knitting on my channel!! My journal includes similar entries to the one that you shared at the end of this video haha! I feel nervous about it but I feel like it will be a lot of fun! I got lots of good tips from this video so thank you
Please keep your day job and create videos just for fun! Even if you upload one video a year it will still be 100times better than a video with sponsored content or trying to sell people stuff. I lost so many good small channels due to them going fulltime youtuber and selling out. As soon as you do that, you are just a slave to the algorithm because your livelihood depends on it... There's just no middle ground. Having said that I enjoy your content a lot, you're doing a great job! :)
I love the idea of sabotaging the algorithm by un-niching. You can stay small on purpose. I never thought of that before. I’ve wanted to make a youtube channel for years and years, but I’m really scared of the privacy stuff. I love that you’ve been purposely obfuscating this whole time! Telling untruths is an honest “No” when the questioner intends to harm you.
I loved what you said in the video. I recently started thinking about youtube but not started anything yet because I was worried about same like my location and privacy. I’m glad to hear that you lied. 😂 I’m happy that you started and kept going because I like your videos.😊
Oh for sure! The best advice I ever got was that if you start a TH-cam channel, it’s gotta be because you enjoy it and don’t need any reward in return. It’s gotta be something you’d do as a hobby even if nobody was watching. The fun thing is that when making videos, you don’t even have to post them. I like that I was able to get a feel for filming and editing videos and had a few completed before deciding I liked it and posting them.
@@BreathingYarn definitely a good advice! I wanted to start youtube to share my progress and end result of crochet projects. I have a lot to learn but want to share what I learned too.
I find it really curious when you mentioned Instagram and the efirt to make everything so esthetic because one of the things I love about your chanel is the asthetic, your sweet voice and how cool you are. I know it's a video and we will never know you but this slow calm corner is cool cus it really feels like crafting with a kindred soul and I like that. Your editing and sense of humor is fun and cozy and asthetic. I don't know, I'm rambling and proba ly being creepy. I guess I just mean that I enjoy that you enjoy being you.❤
Aweeee thank you!!! I wasn’t sure if my videos capture me well. My mom said they feel very “true to me” and my husband watches them when he’s away on business trips. With that feedback, I’d say I am pretty similar irl. (just a little more PG-13 with my everyday language 😂). I also talk a lot in person and need to work on the whole listening thing.
@@BreathingYarn as a straw get on the internet true tu you would be the best way to describe it like when you talk of movies or Musica or how you select your color palette and materials, the patterns and mood it does not feel forced or fake I'm any way comming through the screen and i admire that a lot. If I had the guts I wish I could have the same vibe for a chanel, it's real and entertaining and just nice. You are great at what you do and as you mentioned in the scary part I agree go.pletly with the dangers of being "viral" famous and how it can destroy your joy for your craft
I absolutely love your videos and I'm so glad you decided to start making them. You're such an inspiring person to me, I hope you always keep doing exactly what you feel like doing with your channel. The calm vibes in your videos are great for when I'm feeling anxious and I love it when you share your interests outside of knitting. Every time I watch your stuff I'm inspired and get that creative itch. I love it. And I love your voice. You're also genuinely one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen - you have played a big role in my gay awakening. Thank you!
Your videos are a joy to watch, and I honestly wish there were more channels like yours. I started crocheting a few months ago and prefer making things slowly & with intention so your channel is a blessing.
Happy one year on TH-cam!!!🎉 You are genuinely amazing and so interesting to listen to. I think it's wonderful the way you run your channel. I can't wait to see future videos!

If you don't like it move along and go watch someone else. Of course 99.9% of all comments are positive and lovely but it's hard to not get stuck on that .01%
Thanks for sharing your experience. I have really been loving your content and the unique perspective you bring. Also your video editing style is perfection. Makes me want to get better. 🩷
Whaaaaaat!?!? That’s actually crazy! You have such a smooth voice. And I totally agree that’s it’s hard to ignore the 0.1%
@@BreathingYarn 🥰 Well I feel the same about you. Your voice is lovely so screw the haters. Guess we won't be for everyone
Thank you so much!! ☺️
Mad respect for having clear goals, boundaries, and knowing what you do and don't want out of this. These are probably why I enjoy your content so much, as opposed to pretty much any craft influencer on yt. Except Roxanne Richardson. She's the best teacher and I love her to bits.
Now I’ve gotta watch Roxanne’s videos!
Wow, thank you! 🥹
@@BreathingYarn Bahahaha thanks!! I thought it was not good at all, so that’s nice to hear from someone who knows knitting!
Adorable puppy name and thank you so much ☺️
congratulations on one year!!!! i'm so glad to hear that you're having a good time, i love your content style and everything you put out and always look forward to your videos. also, one of my cats LOVES you! she will come into the room and sit and watch your videos when i have them on the tv, staring the whole time, and then during ads or once a different video starts she gets bored and leaves. i was rewatching your yarn stash video and she tried to chase the yarn that you were tossing on the couch in the beginning 😂😂 i'll try to remember to take a picture some time. thanks for all the effort you put into your vids!!!!
omg that’s the most adorable thing ever!
You are so lovely and every time I see you've posted another video I get SOOO excited and drop everything to pull out my current knitting project and watch! Thank you for being yourself (which is an amazing human being) and sharing via youtube (:
Also, absolutely love Merry and Pippin!
You're the best! Thank you so much 😊 🥰
I LOVE this video! You're so relatable and articulate in the points you're making. You had me hooked on when you listed my exact thoughts or concerns when starting a youtube channel and then I hit subscribe when you got to the internet safety part.
I loved this video. I love all of your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and joy, it brings me joy 🥰
Congratulations to one year! Have loved how authentic and genuine your channel is, so great to crochet to can’t wait to see new content and new ideas!
Congrats on year one! I look forward to more videos with knitting and kitties and whatever else you get up to.
Congrats on your year and personal growth!
Happy 1 year, love your channel, really enjoy all of your videos. Please keep being you, it's always a pleasure to see one new video pop up.
Happy anniversary! ❤ I find your videos so cozy and relaxing and a perfect companion while crocheting.
Thank you! 😊
Honestly, i like your content because it is calm and me chill and not overly structured
Just found you today . Thank you for your honesty. I enjoyed this video .
I recently started knitting and found your page somehow… you’re absolutely amazing. Really, really funny and really, really genuine. Thank you for all the laughs and all the knowledge. I wish you the best and look forward to more of your stuff as long as you’re enjoying it for YOU :)
Thank you so much!
I gotta say you are my new favorite vlogger. I about gasped when you said you aren’t pretty or funny enough for TH-cam. So not true pretty funny lady!!! Love watching your videos while knitting/ crafting or just generally being lazy. Thanks for your inspiring videos!!
You’re so sweet 🥰
Congrats! To you and me, it’s our anniversary 😉
I have been here from the start, almost. Me and Pippi (my cat) watching you and yours. I love what you do, it is chill, it is amazing, it is real and funny. Change only if you want to, keep having fun!
I am glad you decided to do this.🎉
Thanks!!
I enjoy watching your videos because it's so obvious that you enjoy making them so I'm happy to hear that's your priority in the future as well!
That’s really awesome to hear
Your channel is honestly my favourite and my number one for crafting/knitting inspo and to create along to. It feels exactly like what you said- a cosy corner on TH-cam where I love to curl up with my project, my doggo and a cup of tea. Keep doing you and happy 1st TH-cam Birthday!
Awweee thank you!
thank you for being here still, despite some of the words thrown your way! i know i continue to watch these videos because of the introspective and relaxed nature you bring to the screen, in a world of intense short form content - it’s like my brain gets a breath of fresh air, lol. also, a moment for the dress pls!!
Aweeee and thank you! I think that dress deserves to be worn more 🥰
Just wanted to say that this was so wonderful and honest!
Thank you so much!! 😊
Your channel brings me so much joy, i am so glad you continue to make videos! i literally look forward to your videos and i absolutely binge watch your channel lol
Thank you so much!!
Hey Isabella, I really really love your channel and deeply enjoy watching your videos every week or so. I wish there were more creators out there making content like yours.
Thank you so much! 🥹
Congrats on one year!!! Really glad you’re enjoying making videos :) I’ve said this before but I really love your outlook on creativity. Doing something as long as you’re enjoying it sounds really healthy to me and it’s something I try to channel in my creative endeavours as well :)
Congrats again and hope you’re having a good one 💕
Thank you and THANK YOU! I so appreciate you saying that.
Been here roughly since the start, and I have to say I have loved watching your personality truly bloom on this channel. I can't wait to see what comes!
Wow, thank you!
Thank you, and have fun on this channel you of course, don't need to be in the top 10.😊
See ya.🙋🏼♀️
Thank you for your videos ❤ I really enjoy listening and crocheting along
YOU GO GIRL!!!!!love this video
Totalt here for the "not energenic" content 🙌
Yesss. LoFi.
Congrats on one year! 🎉🧶💜
😂 you perfectly captured my thoughts! “‘Who cares what people think’ until I’m confronted with other people”
So I don’t even know how I ended up here because I can’t knit but……I think you are fabulous because you seem so comfortable and wonderfully yourself.
Your videos always feel like a warm hug. Congratulations on the anniversary!
Thank you 🥰
I don't usually comment a ton but I just got back into knitting for the first time since I was little and have been working through a sweater. I happened to come across your channel and have fallen in love with your content. your videos are so cozy and calming and I really feel motivated to keep doing what time doing to be able to have projects that I love. thank you for doing what you do, you rock!
That’s amazing!!!
That’s an amazing word!!! English is really missing out. 😆
Thank you ☺️ and good luck if you decide to do it!
Love your videos! Would you share some of the other TH-cam channels you talked about really liking?
I am subscribed to over 200 channels right now 😆 some of my knitting favorites: Kutovakika, Well Loved Knits, Danish Musings, Made in the Moment, Jenna Phipps, Laura Penrose, Marissa Made, Morgan Unraveled
you just got a subscriber. thank you for your honesty. xx
Omg thank you!
What you were saying about meeting all of your goals and then looking for the next thing reminded me of what I always tell my students is the college graduate poem: "The Search" by Shel Silverton
I went to find a pot of gold
That's waiting where the rainbow ends.
I searched and searched and searched and searched
And searched and searched,and then-
There it was, deep in the grass,
Under an old and twisty bough.
That’s amazing about your art!
Absolutely! I was lucky internet safety was literally taught in my middle school and high school.
Hi back to your tortie cats!!!
Thank you ☺️
People are so annoying and entitled. If you don’t like a channel move on. I love your channel. You have a great vibe and you’re funny. Congratulations on your one year anniversary! 🎉
Thank you!!! ☺️
I love your approach to TH-cam. It feels like so many people start with the intention to make it their main source of income eventually. I can see that ever being the case for me either. My TH-cam is just another part of my craft hobbies because I like to talk about my crafts and be able to look back on my process and growth.
Absolutely! 🥰
I enjoy your videos so much & I soooooo badly want to start posting knitting vlogs and videos about knitting on my channel!! My journal includes similar entries to the one that you shared at the end of this video haha! I feel nervous about it but I feel like it will be a lot of fun! I got lots of good tips from this video so thank you
Go for it!
❤
All four of your reasons not to are also my reasons not to 😅
Aren’t they silly? The things we tell ourselves are crazy 🤪
So happy I found your channel! LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos. Thanks for sharing you with us all.
That dress is perfect for this video!
I thought so too 😂
That dress 😍😍😍 gorgeous
Thank you! I saw it on Instagram once and two years ago spent an entire day tracking it down online.
I’m happy that you started and kept going because I like your videos.😊
Thank you!
It was Katara and Kristin Stewart for me 😆
Your videos are a joy to watch, and I honestly wish there were more channels like yours. I started crocheting a few months ago and prefer making things slowly & with intention so your channel is a blessing.
Happy one year on TH-cam!!!🎉 You are genuinely amazing and so interesting to listen to. I think it's wonderful the way you run your channel. I can't wait to see future videos!
Love your journal entry at the end. So real and honest. TFS your great self with us!
Yay! Glad you are here and looking forward to whatever your heart has planned❤️🇨🇦
Love the video, love your dress more! 😂❤
