      Interested in buying a home with a good size lot. Or a piece of property to build on. Thank you.

    Hey! I live in Guadalajara, Jalisco, land of mariachis and tequila, I used to go to Merida every 3 months due to my job. It is the best city to live in. A peaceful city. I hope you both enjoy living in there Try motuleños eggs for breakfast, yummy!

      Thanks Miguel. We did fly into Guadalajara on our way to Ajijic. Next time we want to spend more time in the city. Those eggs looks amazing. Maybe that is another video! ;-). Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed!

    I truly admire your ability to live through the high humidity and heat....

      Thanks for your comment. LOL it is sometimes hot. Funny enough it’s not really unreasonable. No long pants and buy hot weather shirts. A/C does make sleep better. Thanks for watching. Make sure to subscribe and come along for the rest of the adventure

      It makes it way way more fun when there is someone to show what we enjoyed.

      Hi Jonel. It’s such a cool city! Over all it’s the warmth of the people that affected us the most. What’s your favourite thing about Merida? Thanks for watching!

      Jonel, you are probably another hero who can stand the heat and humidity. But you're lucky that in Guadalajara you don't have it!!

    Just ran across your channel. Wife and I moved to the Yucatan in May. We run into Merida often. Beautiful city. It's also Merida Fest time.

    Hello. So cool video. You should visit local market, to check goods etc. Also not far from Merida is sea town called Progreso and its easy to get there.

      @freelatinlife  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Miki. Progreso is fun! Also the pier at Chicxulub. A little more low key is Chelem. Thanks again for watching Miki!

      Great comment Rene! Our spanish teacher has been helping us to understand the history and culture. I have to say that I am amazed how little we knew about the history and culture of such a close neighbouring country. Puzzling! Thanks for watching!
