- "All Of Me" is the Dissociative Identity Disorder documentary we did with Sunday Night Live on 7 (Australia!)
We are very grateful to the team to allow us to tell our story and show it in such a positive, optimistic light.

In many ways, Jessica Mayer appears to be a normal, happy 25-year-old woman. She’s a newlywed and juggles full-time work and university.
In many ways, Jessica Mayer is a normal, happy 25-year-old woman. But Jess shares her life with four other people, her 'alters', who live inside her mind and body. Melissa Doyle travelled to Wales to meet them all.
But Jess shares her mind and body with four other people - four different identities who live inside her.
She has a condition known as dissociative identity disorder (DID) and calls the personalities her ‘alters’.
All of the identities are male: There’s Jake, a Hollywood actor; Jamie, a doctor; Ollie, a 14-year-old schoolboy; and Ed, a hairdresser.
“Jake has got these beautiful bright royal blue eyes and has got this brilliant Hollywood white smile and he is very good looking,” Jess tells Melissa Doyle in a Sunday Night interview.
“Ed is very artsy, he’s very creative. Ollie is a bit of a moody teenager. Jamie is very intelligent, he is very charming.”
Each identity has their own quirks - Jake has a perfect American accent, Jamie wears prescriptions glasses and Ed is left-handed.
What’s more, any one of the alters can appear at any time.
The alters are like an extended family, each has their own relationship with the others.
Gaz has been with Jess for nine years, and has learned the signals Jess sends when she’s about to switch to one of her male alters.
“If I notice that she’s switching when we are being intimate in any manner, then everything gets stopped and pulled back because I don’t know if Jake’s going to come out, I don’t know if Ollie’s going to come out, so everything gets pulled back.”
During the interview, Jake made an appearance.
Jess has a friendly relationship with all her alters, but the one who has always caused her anxiety is Ed.
“With Ed over the years I would have self-harm scar marks, maybe my arms, wrists, legs, thighs, mainly on the thighs,” Jess said.
“It has taken me years to get to a point where I understand how to manage him now, and it actually wasn’t until my diagnostician said to me, ‘You need to stop calling Ed a bad alter, he is not a bad alter, he is just misunderstood’.”
But while each character is very real in the inner world, on the outside there are many who struggle to understand DID.
Gaz couldn't be more supportive of his wife.
“You need to actually meet someone who has the condition to really understand it properly,” Gaz said.
Jess believes most people are afraid of people with her condition because of the way it is often portrayed in movies.
“It’s not about these Hollywood tropes and it’s not about the axe-wielding murderer around the corner,” Jess added.
“The likelihood is that people with mental health issues are more likely to be victims than perpetrators.”

Everyone with DID is different. If I were explaining DID in a text book way to someone I would probably use the term "alters" but that's not what I personally call them. I think this is what the documentary was trying to get across. Jess calls it this or Jess refers to this as that. A professional may use a different terms too but someone else you meet with DID may not.

Had a moment of not believing it, feeling like he's lying and faking it all and denied it so much and so on and because he felt guilty and felt like he was making it all up and so on but we are comforting him - Alex

I never understood male alters until she said “if it was a male then what happened to me wouldn’t have happened” and then it all clicked.
Krishly alters are always made for a reason. Some systems even have an alter that is an animal or an inanimate object. (Remember rhat DID is formed at a young age and kids have very active imaginations) kids can imagine being a tiger or even a dragon for the same reason. If I was a dragon I would be strong enough to get out of this. Sometimes alters are made from experiences, one person that had their limbs tied up and told that they were cut off (kids will believe anything, especially when so vulnerable). An alter of a snake resulted from it because they had to crawl on their stomach. Sometimes alters are even just made to cope. I’ve heard of one system with a rock alter. I don’t know details but I would assume being a rock you wouldn’t be noticed or cared about.
yeh , me too! By being male she think it's protecting her. Honestly, i think Jess seems the most stable person with DID i have come across in social media. Her management , along with such a supporting and nice bloke like gaz, means her life seems remarkably normal.
The tragic thing that I have found out as a mother, is that sexual abuse can happen to young boys as well. I don't think my son has DID. But I do think his trauma had irreparable effects that idk how to fix. Besides being autistic, possibly bipolar, and ADHD.... He seems younger mentally than he should be

ADHDers often act “younger” than others their age, which I know from experience as an ADHDer lol
And yes, it can unfortunately happen to just about anyone, whether society acknowledges it or not. But as a young child you think “these parts hurt. If I didn’t have these parts, they wouldn’t be hurting and this wouldn’t be happening”
I have DID and I actually have not only male alters, but three non-human alters. One is Grace, and she’s a dragon. She’s actually a soother and helps calm us down and helps us feel safe. Another is Wolf, who is a wolf (creative, I know lol) and he’s an emotionless alter, so he comes out when we need to not feel things. The last is Grey, who is a velociraptor. He’s a fragment and his job is dealing with the pain and fatigue we get when we exercise since we have low blood pressure and JHS.

Jenna when she asked about Ed it bothered me a little especially. Idk what it was what bothered me about her but I am personally not a fan.
I personally didn't like when she asked each individual what they see in the mirror. Jess had already mentioned that Jake is the most dysphoric of her alters, and I feel like the interviewer made her alters uncomfortable when asking those questions.
This strikes me as one of the healthiest, most well-adjusted cases of D.I.D I've ever seen.

You're welcome - it's great to see how well you and your Alters have managed to co-operate and co-ordinate your lives. You hear all the time about how the personalities conflict and cause each other harm in a lot of cases. It's great to see all of you accepted and welcomed as part of a family.
It's wonderful to hear stories about people thriving with D ID. These include doctors and lawyers and even therapist with D ID who have healed from their traumas and have solid stable systems. I know how many and am one myself. Know that healing and recovery is possible!
People who have their act together (as a system) are less likely to be outed, so there's a disproportional representation of chaotic systems imo.
I think it’s wonderful that she fully accepts her alters and lets them have their own time. It’s also beautiful that her husband loves all of them and her.

Yeah, that's BBC, mate. Many of their documentaries are dramatized this way. Animal documentaries about lions eating gazelles, history documentaries about how you wouldn't believe what the Romans did that one time, and yeah, documentaries like these. It's their house style, really.
Honestly it wasn't to bad 😅 considering many people don't understand it.

My only critique would be that it was a bit annoying that they kept saying Jess has 4 MALE alters did we mention they're MALE, omg they're MALE. But the rest was pretty good.
I think the male part was emphasized since they're all in a female body and people are curious as to how that works

Nah, they mentioned this so much because heteronormative view is that this is wEirD and omg the husband is ok with it, wow! So dumb and probably the least interesting part of DID.
For anyone watching now I'd just thought I'd give a quick update on the wonderful Jess. She is still happily married and now has an adorable daughter.

When Jake came out I was so shocked. The body language and the accent change was so wild.
He worked the room straight away as well.. Like he really did do all that for a job
I am so proud of you, jess, for not letting anyone pressure you into telling about your trauma as a child. Because it really is none of our business. And knowing what happened is not in any way necessary for people to understand you and the DID. It is enough to know trauma experienced as a child caused it. Keep being strong! I feel so much respect for how you manage what you guys show and open up to the public. It shows real integrity.
Marlju Sweety I totally agree with you. We don't need to have such sensitive information revealed to us. There are some cards you must keep to your chest and guard. As people we are naturally intrigued to know all, but it isn't our right to know all. :)
Eh, whatever. If have the chance and will, I will investigate the the history of the individual. The sensitive part may not be necessary or our business but hey if I had the chance that isn't gonna stop me.

Well, I can see you are talking. I am intrigued with the human mind so I usually tried to observe and understand the human"s mind. I having a philosophical discussion within my mind. And the people are my 'test subject'. I usually tried to understand them as a individual by the information I gain. I can look at their biography if possibly or tried to find their history. Don't worry I won't revealed it to anyone.
i like how she said "extended family", that was cute. overall, it just seemed like everything was well handled and the interviewer seemed really respectful and kind.

It’s infuriating that Dr. Remy Aquarone is accepted as a DID expert in this doc but right now DissociaDID is being attacked and called a faker, even though the same Dr diagnosed her with DID. He is a proper expert and one of the leading authorities on DID (diagnosing it), in the world might I add.

@@youhaveagodcomplex5590 He's a psychotherapist, he's a doctor for the soul. Really, the only difference between a psychiatrist (who studied medicine) and a psychotherapist (who studied psychology) is that the former can prescribe medication while the latter can't. So, a psychotherapist is just as able to diagnose DID as a psychiatrist.
I didn't know that they had the same psychotherapist and frankly, it's quite infuriating regardless of it. I mean, unless you're them you can't know whether they are faking or not and telling them that they are faking can be as hurtful to them whether they do have DID or not because if they do have it then they'll feel misunderstood and they may get triggered and all kinds of bad stuff and if they don't have it but say they do then they most likely have another mental illness and that is gonna make them feel worse than they already do. As for what I believe, having watched their channel, I personally believe that they are telling the truth about having DID, C-PTSD, chronic fatigue and anxiety.
@@wonderlandisalanguage9646 It really depends on the country you live in. Fot example im from Australia and the only professional who can diagnose a condition like this is a psychiatrist.
I know this for a fact because I have complex-ptsd, 2 autoimmune diseases and DID.

Some people seem to think that because they’re problematic that they MUST be faking like... you can be problematic without faking. Blaire White is problematic but that doesn’t mean she’s faking being trans. It’s just silly logic, people trying to find literally anything to attack DissociaDID with when there’s plenty of stuff they actually did that is much more significant (trying to convince fellow TH-cam systems not to address the situation with TeamPinata, using Bobo & Co to get into the DID sleepover, etc.)

so I have a boyfriend, he also have DID
he have 3 alters in total and all of them are his "brothers"
and actually, my boyfriend is not the "host" he was actually one of the alters.
its kinda hard for me at first cause i dont know that he have that kind of disorder.
And yes, there all have different attitudes, tone of voice, way of thinking etch.
so its really hard to read him cause sometimes , I dont know whom am i talking to.
but know, I learned how to approach him, i mean all of them.

just be accepting and take the time to learn about the disorder. being accepting is so valuable and important.
Amie my boyfriend has DID. So far the lessons I've taken from it (its a new relationship) is to not take anything personal and to accept the fact that I will be treated differently at times. Any other tips?

I sometimes have an Amer accent too...cos married to one, lived there and went to Amer school...but I also speak with Eng accents...yet dont have DID .... i do believe it exists, but that doesnt mean many people are not faking, to make money

I mean Pete Dinklage can do that too...just saying the ability to switch accents doesn't necessarily "make the case." Not saying she's faking, just that saying it's real because of the American accent is a bit of a stretch.

Not really. It would take someone pretty skilled at acting to be able to do that. It's more than just the accent too. The mannerisms are so different that at times it almost seems like you're looking at different people. Unless she's Tatiana Maslany from Orphan Black, in which case she should really think about going into acting.

At 17:55 I think that Jake didn’t want to answer those questions about him knowing that he’s in Jess’ body because he does know just looking at the facial movements. With him saying it’s a reality check, It’s him he wants to be himself not just see that he’s apart of Jess. And she called him Jake as if Jess was just acting the part… it’s just my opinion…

It's amazing how her accent and voice changes and the fact that Jake is literally Cameron Dallas, I love it. I'm just so soooooo happy to actually witness a person who has DID and is still living a happy life. This is as opposed to those that I see who unfortunately are exhausted and broken down. I love Jess and the boys💖
Alistarr My voice and accent change....v much...but I dont have DID.... Ive lived in different places...so have a few accents... I often become like a little girl , and speak like a little girl, at those times...My sisters then say Im regressing ...

We didn't know we were a system of alters until 2018 (the year of the actual diagnosis) after 12 years of therapy.
We are 27 alters at the last count.
DID is VERY real.

This is so validating genuinely cuz i struggle to relinquish complete control to the others so im almost always in the passangers seat
I have DID; I have experienced dissociative symptoms (mild at first) since I was in elementary school. In junior high school my alters started to come out because of the bullying I received. Very often, I would feel detached from reality and I would not act like myself. One of the youngest came out at the time. It took me years to understand why I felt that way. I don't know why I am like this. I have very few memories from my childhood and teenage years, mostly what other people tell me. My friends sometimes tell me stuff we did/said years ago and I have no clue what they are talking about. I have other 15 alters and there might be more because we started from being 2 and then I discovered the others. My amnesia is not as bad as other people's and many times I am co-conscious but I cannot control them. Lately it got worse because I am really stressed. Thank God my girlfriend is supportive. She loves us all, we are all in a relationship with her and she can tell us apart. She says my facial expressions change based on who is fronting. And the color of my eyes,somehow. I don't know how. Thank God I found her. My ex ignored my alters, 100%. And that made me worse. But I am feeling better now. I don't know why I said all this stuff. There's probably much more to say. But I wanted to say thank you to Jess about being so open about this. I don't feel so alone right now.

Love your comment Liana 💕 You really got to the heart of the issue. Don’t you think intimacy is a great window for non DID people to understand what it is to accept someone you love as not always “the same person”? I mean if you are at least a little creative in bed, you have personas, moods, changing attitudes and are free to be yourself regardless with someone you love. I am not saying it is the same as being with someone with DID but it is kind of one avenue to seeing that love is flexible and accepting. Their success comes down to this in so many ways. Kudos to them for making it work and helping others (us) to understand. Before watching this channel I believed the Hollywood horror portrayal of this condition.

Phoebe were I am in America there are no doctors here to help me with my D.I.D currently the only diagnosis that a doc here got to being what I have called it borderline personality disorder they use to call it schitzoeffective even schitzophrinia then bipolar doctors can never seem to get it right I am so frustrated and angery because I want help but have been backed into a place were my resources will not alow me to go were I may find help . it is so scary and depressing feeling so helpless and people make fun of me and treat me awfull no one understands and many try and exspolit it and it hurts .it makes me crazy never knowing who is out and when they are doing things and what and I only ever recall in flashes what has happened my head hurts all the time with head aches .I know I am saying these things online were all can see but I do not care I want some one anyone to know so they can understand whats going on .exscuse me I must stop this is to hard I am sorry.

It's finally here and it turned out wonderfully!! The crew really does seem to care about you guys and about portraying this disorder correctly. I was pretty worried but I didn't need to be! This is such a big step forward, I have derealization and depersonalisation disorder and hardly anyone knows what it is, even psychologists have misdiagnosed me with psychosis. This kind of coverage on lesser known illnesses is so important. Good work Jess, Ed, Jamie, jake and Ollie.

Creepitreal Hey I just read about derealization disorder the other day, I thought I might have had a wierd episode of it. How did you get diagnosed?
Are there degrees of this I guess? What do you call the slight depersonalization that seems to happen usually in front of the mirror or sometimes in bed or when being enthralled intellectually by something? (like "Am I THAT man looking at me in the mirror? How... is that possible, I mean, the entire world inside me is THAT guy?"). Just curious. It happens also when reading something I wrote a while ago on the Internet, like "that dude gets me, but I don´t agree with.... holy cr.. I WROTE THAT". Is that the normal (or whatever you can call "normal") weirdness of watching yourself on an old video? ("that is ME?"). I´m asking because I´m sure that by now you are all (at least amateur) experts in psychology and its terms, and probably happens in a way or another to most people (well... I´m not even sure if I am "neurotypical").
I've had many episodes of depersonalization too. One was so incredibly intense I didn't even have an "I". It wasn't looking around my apartment and being surprised I lived there - it was looking around and know some weird being that other people called "I" lived there. It was very uncomfortable. But usually I get it when I meet other people and get stressed out by the social interactions. Sometimes my conscience fly up to my left slightly behind me, looking down at my body. Or having my words echo like someone else's. I've learnt to handle it though, and actually quite enjoy having my conscience and body split so the real me (the conscience) can take a break. It's a well-needed escape that I'm thankful for these days.
There are really good Facebook groups that are supportive
Each time plurality is covered in the media with a good, mature attitude, the world is one step closer to understanding/accepting it ^^

Yay! I'm really glad they managed to paint DID in the way they did and that they bought up some of the negative stereotypes surrounding it. Also so proud of all of you + Gaz for being so open and willing to talk! For someone who doesn't have DID, it was made in a really informative way that definitely helps in my understanding of DID and how it comes about.
Hello. I've been following your channels for a couple of years. I've been leary of introducing us until now. So hello from Jordan (me), Billie, Laura, Lauri and Lori. We're all girls which exactly opposite of you aside from Jess. My job is kind of the ANP and protector. We got the diagnosis about 7 yrs ago. I thank God for that therapist. She has helped us so much. Most functional we've ever been as a unit. Most like a whole person I've ever felt. You are very brave and we're grateful to your whole group for starting this TH-cam channel.

Hi, Jess, Jake, Ed, Jamie, Ollie and Gaz! I just wanted to tell you that I/we watched this documentary with our wife and parents last night, and they all said that it helped them to understand our DID better and see it in a more positive light! Our wife said that Gaz's attitude that DID just means more people to love him was inspiring to her, that she needs to look at it from that point of view more often, rather than focusing on the challenges of living with a DID person. So your documentary is not only helping educate people who don't know anything about DID, but also helping those who do know about it to understand it better! You are an inspiration to us! We are just starting our journey of advocating for DID awareness and education, and we hope that someday we will be as awesome at it as you-all are!!!

After my own childhood trauma, I created an elaborate inner world of protectors. Even though I'll never experience or understand what it's like with DID, I do understand a traumatized child creating protectors and other personalities in their mind to "take over" when horrible things happen. I still "talk" to my "imaginary" friends when I'm stressed or anxious about something

Oh, this is similar to how I can understand DID. I was an unhappy child. I wouldn't say I had any particular trauma, but more like continuous psychological abuse. I created a world and "imaginary friends" and "characters". It wasn't really like DID obviously. I would act out the characters, and as a child they were like their own people to me, but I was always there mentally and I was aware that they were made up even though sometimes I felt like they were real and had real attachment to them. I just imagine for someone with DID, these characters become real to the point where they actually take over the mind and body and become alters.
Sometimes I feel sad about my characters, like if they were real people I knew who died, or once good friendships that drifted apart as I grew up. Our minds are fascinating things.
I think they told your story in a very classy manner. Happy to see that more people are going to find out about did and your family :)
I watched this when it was live in Australia and this was my first experience with DID and mental disorders in general, I never knew it was you and I'm glad that I've finally found the person that introduced me to mental disorders. I think if I hadn't seen what you said during the show I would never have become so involved in mental health.

I take my hat off to you for the courage to showed to open yourself up and putting your trust in a reporter. And I respect the reporter and Producers for not going the "tabloid" or sensationalism route.
I discovered your channel purely by accident a month ago while researching about my daughters friends Tourette's. I see myself as an open minded skeptic. I believe nothing till I research it or see for myself. Some other channels did not convince me. But you, Gaz, and your family have helped me understand and realise that this is a very real condition

Bravo! As somebody who watches the "multiplicity and me" and "multiplicity and we" channels, vlogs and posts, it was eye-opening to realize I had gotten so used to not actually seeing Jess. I also sympathize with the fact that you/she sometimes look(s) very unsure of your/herself on camera, which is how I feel in the spotlight. That being said, you held yourself eloquently and elegantly, and portrayed yourself and the boys extremely well. I believe her . Growing up I could have had someone break off of me too. Whenever I was abused I pretended to be someone else and had different made up parents to get me through everything. If I didn't I surly wouldn't be here today. I do have all the memories which are so hard when they come to me out of the blue.

I’m so sorry you had to go through that. Whoever did that to you should live every day tortured by what they did
I don’t THINK I had a very traumatic childhood (or maybe I did, because I’ve only get very vague memories of it and it’s all foggy. Maybe that’s just comes with age - even though I’m only 21 and can remember the good parts of my childhood very clearly. Who knows) but when things were bad. Which I do remember that there were bad parts but the memories aren’t there. I just know it happened, if that makes sense.
I’d wish there was a teenage boy to take over and deal with it. Because I didn’t like when I’d be sitting in my room or outside crying because of what had happened and a teenage boy was “stronger” and could “stand up for himself” and wouldn’t be crying alone
But now I look back, thankful that I didn’t develop DID, thankful I was able to block out a lot of my life (up until a few years ago all my memories are foggy. Only the really good parts I remember clearly.
I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and my therapist has told me that blocking things out is my “coping mechanism” to remain strong, along with many other things to cope with the bullshit in my life. Because if I didn’t, I’d be a mess. (Not her words, but the idea of it)
It does suck a little bit, because about a month ago I was in someone’s house and the layout reminded me SOO much of a house I’d lived in but I couldn’t remember how I old was when I lived in it, what city it was, or even what year. And I had to think REALLLLLYYYY hard to get a glimpse of memory of the house I was thinking of and what city it was in. I was walking around the house probably for a good hour trying to think about it all because I couldn’t let it go. I can’t let them go whenever I get déjà vu from memories. Whether it’s a smell, taste, a noise, a movie. Anything

How do you keep them apart? How do you bring harmony between the alters? It seems that she has learned to live with all alters, without being afraid of the being controlled by the other. Don’t understand how she is so relaxed about it.
Marcus NL I dont see how this has to do with the original comment, but Jess has relaxed with her alters because she has realized that they were all formed in order to help her. They haven't always lived harmoniously, Ed in particular was hard to communicate with and he did things that Jess didn't understand which lead her to become afraid of him. However, all alters were made to protect the host, so she shouldn't be scared of any of them now that she understands this. She and Ed have patched things up and are trying their best to communicate better.

You were all allowed to just talk, and we could as see you all as individuals. No gimmicks, no mad editing, or dramatising or misconstruing your words. It was a beautiful thing to watch. Jess and their system are amazing, they really help so many people with DID. Especially, discussing Ed. Persecutors are super difficult alters in a system. But knowing that they are still there for a reason, and you can find a way to co-exist is huge.

Honestly, how can anyone not believe people with DID ? How can anyone not get this? We have known of the concept of mental illnesses for hundreds even thousands of years but the concept of someoen having 2 personalities is uncomprehendable?

I have DID end it even took me a long time to believe it. That is not unique to me either. Many people with D ID can have difficulty initially believing that they have it
Because many, many people are ignorant and do not make the effort to educate themselves. There is probably also a religious side to it where certain people are going to believe "it's the work of the devil" and all sorts of other nonsense :)

Because there are people out there who say they can't work because of DID and make money off videos where they switch on camera. It's infuriating to think someone could be taking advantage of people's kindness, making a mockery of this illness, and using donations to avoid getting a job. Some people have suspicious minds and more often than not it's because we've been lied to and betrayed too many times. It's not that hard to see why someone might be skeptical. People lie for sympathy all the time.
What is crazy to me is after only watching a few videos of her alters, you can pick up on their different facial movements and mannerisms so easily. Like, when at 16:00ish, when she starts getting "switchy," I could tell that it was Jake that was coming out just based on some of her facial movements.

I've just discovered your channel. As someone that has had no personal experience of DID, I must say how eye opening and Informative your videos are.... real down to earth and educational in a relaxed way. Someone I knew a while back was diagnosed with DID a couple of years ago but I didn't know what it was. As they are not using their social media nowadays we seem to have lost touch but this has made me think of them.

I have to wonder if your alters were female, if the same attention would have been given the subject. Or if Jess were married to a woman rather than a man. Somehow I doubt it. And I have to admit that I smiled when Gaz stated he was bisexual in response to the question about your alters being male. And when he said that if switching starts, everything stops. Mad respect. He has so much respect for all of you and your individuality. Beyond that, if the subject were going to be broached anyway, nothing more really needed to be said.
It didn't really seem like a bigger part of the doc than any other aspect of the issue. She asked, they answered, she moved on. I think it was handled pretty well. Also, Gaz is a freakin saint. He seems like an amazing dude!

I know that this video is older and you might never see this, but we're newly diagnosed and have been having a really hard time with it all, especially in terms of future relationships(platonic and romantic alike. I know a lot of people say it was dramatized but honestly the last part of having an accepting group of friends and a loving partner gives me hope for us, so thank you

As someone who suffered major childhood trauma, I was quite intrigued by your story. There is a party of me that wonders why this didn’t happen to me, but I am thankful it did not. On the flip side of that, I remember everything; which has caused its own problems. I really appreciate your need to educate, and not sensationalize your life. Many of the other DID channels are so sensationalized, I am unable to watch. You are doing an amazing job. I am learning so much, and appreciate Your willingness to open up.

a few of our alters are non-human, and many of us are half/part human including myself (the host).. I wish non human alters were spoken about more!! We exist and aren’t at all rare -Ran

As I said it all depends on the specific alter -Ran (the host + a protector, they/he)

I’m so happy for her for having found not only what I believe is her true soulmate but the incredible friends as well. I’ve had the worst luck finding & keeping TRUE friends in my life. I’ve not had the extraordinary complications she experiences daily and yet she seems to have such a solid foundation of people in her life. I think it’s absolutely amazing and a testament of what a good natured, kind & loving person SHE is. Of course I am including her alters when I say “she” ;)

Thank you so much for this film. I was diagnosed with DID 6 years ago and it is only when you accept all your alters that the healing process takes place. I have a very good husband and children who help me with this. A big thank you to all the therapists who are going with us on this (sometimes lonely) path.
