- I've been drinking these ginger shots each day, and I'm already reaping the benefits. I experience a lot of pain from autoimmune and degenerative disks, and this has helped me so much. It helped with my energy levels, and I lost a few pounds since adding this to my daily routine. This drink also does a mild detox.
Buy organic ingredients or non-GMO when possible. We stopped buying Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and switched to Whitehouse. I really like the Whitehouse ACV.
You've got to try the Knudsen pineapple juice; it's so good!
