I went looking for the Jason Sheff live version of this, and it's gone! I kind of checked out from Chicago after Peter and Danny were gone, but that one performance from Jason was special.
What is the name of the venue? Seems exactly like the Valley Forge Music Fair. Saw them there in person. Kinda like music in a microwave. It was so cool with a rotating stage.
I think Leonid and Friends do Chicago better than Chicago does these days. Chicago was one of my favorite bands growing up, but they’re just not what they used to be now.
I seen them twice in NY with Jason Scheff, Bill Chaplain, and the originals except Cetera when they were on tour supporting new albums. This is a far cry from the freshness, excitement and energy of those times.
I have no idea who's singing or on drums, etc. I support the originals and the next gen people that came after, but my gosh, how many more changes can you make??
love this band.....however trombone is weak....sorry Jimmy....drum mix is awful....and Cetera replacement is awkwardly awful the other guys are just that other guys not Lee Bobby Ray....miss Walter and original band....1969-70 version,,,oh boy time does fly...'time is a jet plane...it moves too fast'
Not even close to Cetera or Jason. At least Jason and Jeff Coffey sounded almost as good as Pete Cetera. This new guy may have a good voice but can’t replicate Cetera or Jason Scheff or even Jeff Coffey.
You know I really I want to be positive about things but over the years those three guys in the horn section have turned into complete egomaniacs no matter what the rest of the guys in the band do all the newbies and whatever they will just never ever ever ever capture what the band once was and I really feel like them still going out and touring is just disrespectful and sad because they're not good
Miss Terri still. Rip. ❤❤❤
Still sounds alright. Miss the days when you'd hear these guys with a new hit song on the radio.
Great song
Definitely agree.
Every thing changes as we all get older. James Pankow wrote this beautiful song. He’s still there and they sound great!!
beautiful still❤
Thanks for watching

Also Robert Lamm is still there...
Ray Herman isn’t original. Walt Parazaider was the original.
Great performance... Lame audience
Actually I would have said lame performance lame audience

Neil Donell is doing the lead tenor vocal. I don't know who is on drums. Yes; it's been a REVOLVING DOOR the past three years with Chicago . Very SAD!
dudes are in their late 70s ,do you think the originals will last forever?
Leonid and friends does Chicago better than Chicago does
Once you get to this point, you’re just a copy band

It's a Cell phone recording, stooge
