That's the whole principal of Gauthama Buddha's great Teaching, getting rid of your ego and attachment. The Australian Buddhist priest Arjan Brahm explains this beautifully. A journalist once asked him, what he would do if someone threw one of his Buddhist holy books in the toilet? Arjan Brahm graciously answered that the first thing he would do is call the plumber.🙂 May sound very funny, but so much meaning and depth in that response.
